From Kayla who works in the office to Alex,, my plumbing technician, I've had nothing but an A1 experience with Hope. Alex wasprofessional, personable and did a good job of explaining everything about my particular situation. He was also honest and didn't tell me I needed things that I didn't. I actually spent 75% LESS than what was expected because I didn't have the mainline problem that I thought I had. He could've easily charged me for unneeded parts and repairs. I highly, highly recommend using Hope Plumbing.

Gus did a super job and got it finished much faster than we had anticipated.

Grateful Plumber was referred by a friend to hook up a water softner. Softner was hooked up in no time, but was then informed there was a leak in an o-ring and needed replaced. Very disappointed they didn't offer to assit with leak and I will now have to contact another plumber and pay for another service call to make the water softner operable. Feel like it was a waste of money since the full job wasn't completed.

Great people to deal with. Not sure why they got any negative reviews, my dealings with them were all positive. Returned my call after leaving a message with them, and they arrived the next business day when they said they would, and charged exactly what they quoted ($220 to pump out my standard 1000 gallon septic tank). Would definitely recommend, and use again.
