Had a wonderful experience with Hope Plumbing. From the person I spoke with on the phone, to the specialist that did our home repair, everyone was friendly and professional. Leon Hiepner was our specialist and he did exceptional work. He answered all our questions, explained the options for our repair and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Would highly recommend!!

I’ve paid the membership fee with this company for more than 2 years under the pretense that when I need service, that membership would ensure that it happens quickly. Fast forward to today, when my air conditioning isn’t keeping up and cooling my home in the current temperatures. Imagine my surprise when they told me that the soonest they could get here was 15 DAYS away. When I questioned this, they then suggested that people didn’t want to work, which was the reason it would take so long.Needless to say, I reached out to another highly rated local company. They were able to get here within 24 hours. That’s without a membership.It’s unfortunate that they seem to be accepting more memberships than they can handle to service since I’ve had good work done by them in the past. I won’t, however, be choosing to give my business to this company in the future since they now can’t deliver on what they promise.

We've used Weilhammer Plumber MULTIPLE times. They're FANTASTIC! They're honest and are willing to give a rough quote over the phone when you schedule your appointment so you have an idea of approximately what the repair/installation will cost. Very honest and frank about pricing, cause of damage, warranties, etc. I would HIGHLY recommend them!
