1. We had a frozen pipe that resulted in a leak. They were prompt and knowledgeable.2. A few days later our water softener decided it was too was going to leak. We called Hope Plumbing again. They arrived promptly that afternoon. Sad to say the unit needed replaced due to age. Your tech had called in advance to get an idea of issue, so he came prepared and replaced our water softener. He even noticed another potential issue and fixed it , saving us a future call. Friendly and knowledgeable. Gave us options.Hopefully there won't be any back to back issues in the near future. ?. But when we have plumbing issues, Hope Plumbing will always be our go to team.

While I was satisfied with the overall service there was one thing I didn't like. When the plumber asked if it was ok if he cut a small hole in the textured drywall ceiling of the laundry closet to run his camera and view the dryer vent I said sure, no problem. If I had known beforehand that he wasn't going to do anything to patch the hole after he was done my answer would have been different. So I now have a hole that's 2-3 inches by 2-3 inches in the ceiling of my laundry closet that will let in any type of critter that wants to come in and I, being a first time homeowner, have no knowledge of how to do any kind of drywall patching to fix the issue.

These guys are amazing! I had a mini emergency with a water softener rough in that needed replacing and they were able to come out the same morning I called and had it all fixed within an hour. Highly recommended! Thanks Oscar!

Jacob was beyond professional. Jacob took the time to answer any and all of my questions. Jacob performed the HVAC tune up properly, documenting ALL readings to be placed in my file for future reference. I would HIGHLY recommend Jacob.

Petree came out when they said they would and fixed the problem. They are reasonable and courteous.

I would highly recommend Indy Water Heater Softener. Danny and his crew did a fantastic job replacing our plumbing. They were on time both days and called to let me know how far out they were. Can't say enough good things about the job they did. I would use them again without hesitation!
