I called to schedule a service call. The lady was nice and very professional, and within a few minutes I received a call-back from the plumber/owner. I told him my issue, and he said he'd be happy to come take a look for $100, but he went on to offer me free advice as to how to troubleshoot the issue myself. I asked several questions, and he took the time to explain exactly what I should do and what I should look for. He was very patient. Lastly, he said to call back if I had any more questions, had any trouble, or wanted him to come over and fix the problem. I'll definitely use Weilhammer again!

Summers sent a technician named Mike Drury our for our semi-annual HVAC checkup. He took his time and went over our system with a fine-tooth comb. He explained everything he did in detail. He was outgoing, friendly and knowledgeable. I was very happy with this visit and intend on asking for him by name this spring!

The girls in the office that scheduled the service were so friendly and helpful! The guys that came out to install our lights went to Lowes for us to pick up light blubs because we forgot to get them prior to them coming. They were very friendly and very quick! I would definitely use Godby again and refer their services to anyone looking.

Our tech Jackson was on time, he took the time to explained everything to me and showed me what he found in the dryer vent. He also answered all my questions about today's visit.

My husband and I had them come out and excavate and expose our existing drain line. Cut out a section of piping and install a clean-out access with a verticle riser pipe that extends to grade. Service agreement was $149.00. The total amount we paid was $3,015.05. I cannot leave any more information because I am waiting on an answer from them regarding an issue. I will give more information once I hear from them. As everyone knows companies don't respond or do anything for customers once they get their money. I will see and so will you once I hear from them.

They provide options but are not pushy about additional services. Scheduling is easy and timelines met. Pricing has always been fair and technicians are friendly, professional, and efficient. We were so pleased with Tim G. (electrical) and Jon B. (heating) during the past two weeks as they provided repair and maintenance services for us. We highly recommend this company. We also enjoyed Stailey today for annual maintenance (HVAC and Plumbing services have shown excellent consistency).

We've used Weilhammer Plumber MULTIPLE times. They're FANTASTIC! They're honest and are willing to give a rough quote over the phone when you schedule your appointment so you have an idea of approximately what the repair/installation will cost. Very honest and frank about pricing, cause of damage, warranties, etc. I would HIGHLY recommend them!
