Appreciate that someone was able to come quickly, as we had no hot water. The entire process, from initial phone call to installation of a new water heater, was easy and straightforward. I recently had a leaking sprayer on my kitchen sink. It's a fairly old sprayer and Lowe's didn't have what I needed. I called Mr. Weilhammer and rather than come out and charge me with a service call like most companies would, he asked me to send him a picture of my sprayer. He them responded and said he had a hose like mine and left it for me to pick up at his store and didn't charge me. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Anytime I have a plumbing issue, he will be the first person I call.

They're honest and are willing to give a rough quote over the phone when you schedule your appointment so you have an idea of approximately what the repair/installation will cost. Very honest and frank about pricing, cause of damage, warranties, etc. I would HIGHLY recommend them!
