Carter's sent a plumber on the Wednesday before Memorial day when no one else would until after the holiday with out emergency fees. Sean did a great job cleaning a kitchen drain that was connected to a floor drain which had overflowed sending water down to a basement office. We were new to the house but learned this had been a chronic problem from the former owner. Sean not only cleaned the drain but explained to us how we could prevent future floods with a one way valve.in the floor drain.

This was my first time using 800-Plumber. Jeremy was on time, very professional and knowledgeable of my situation and quickly had a resolution to the problem!

I had an emergency where one of my pipes had developed a hole and water was spewing everywhere. I called and let them know it was an emergency. Within about 20 minutes they were there! (Bridget heard the panic in my voice and got me someone out quick!) I have used this company for years and they are excellent. Great work, reasonable pricing, and friendly, professional staff.

Have used Petree several times and have been very satisfied. They were here this week to fix a clogged drain. My only concern was that they did not wear masks. I am an older customer and I want to be careful in these Covid 19 days.

Had a major incident with our water heater yesterday. Gordon Plumbing dispatched someone very quickly.
Curtis, the technician, was a polite, extremely knowledgeable, very kind, and helpful professional. After an exhaustive diagnosis... he spent quality time explaining our water heater issues. His honesty and feel for people were reflected in the way he talked.Pricing was clear & was presented well in advance to make an informed decision. Great service. No issues. Our house had a clog in the sewer system just before the Memorial Day weekend, causing some blockage and basically caused our basement toilet to overflow and spew some nasty sewage. About 2 or 3 other plumbing companies we called said they could get us on their schedule the week after. Second Opinion originally said the same thing, but I think they recognized this was an emergency for my small family and mobilized the same day to scope out the issue, and next morning to get us on track for the long weekend. Bonus points for being good with interacting with my kids!

Update 7/12: I am taking off a star for general unhelpfulness with our insurance. I also failed to mention that they were generally non-communicative of when they would be coming and going in some instances, and we just kind of assumed/hoped they would come back to resume/finish work.

Fast friendly service

A very good plumbing experience. I generally try to tackle small stuff myself - and generally regret it. I needed a plumber fast and called Fite. They were able to get a guy there in about 90 minutes. Scott was personable, professional, and did the job right and in record time. The price seemed a bit steep for the job, but not terrible. Apparently plumbing is just expensive.
I recommend Fite.

Damaged my floors - Had a water heater with a defunct gas valve. They came to replace it. A few days later I noticed the floor buckled with water damage. Pulled the plank up closest to the water heater and there was standing water under it. Extends to the wall of my laundry room. No damage near the washer so the obvious source is the water heater. Old one not leaking. New one not leaking. Used towels to clean water during install so there was a water issues at that time. They ignored my first call and contact via website. Second call they answered but took no accountability for the damage. Laughed at the suggestion the replace the damaged area. Unprofessional. Unaccountable. Bad hearted person to leave the job like that and leave the homeowner to deal with it.
