The 2 Plumbers that came over to my house yesterday, I believe it was a father and son team if I remember correctly the fathers name was Larry! They were terrific! They were extremely nice and they really knew their Plumbing business, They gave me my options of what to do to fix my sump pump and then immediately set forth and finished the job! I was about ready to bring them coffee but before I could they had already finish the job! I highly recommend this to person team from Carters my Plummer!

Kyle was on time, professional, and thorough. While here to fix leaks around hot water heater he also noticed my washer drain needed to be higher. As a new home owner, they were able to help with several problems. Great communication and the work was done well. They are my new plumbers!!

I had an emergency where one of my pipes had developed a hole and water was spewing everywhere. I called and let them know it was an emergency. Within about 20 minutes they were there! (Bridget heard the panic in my voice and got me someone out quick!) I have used this company for years and they are excellent. Great work, reasonable pricing, and friendly, professional staff.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. I had such a wonderful experience the first time I had Plumb On come out that I called him out to another house. Again, he surpassed my expectation. I expected this job to be very very expensive, it was not. I expected it to take a very long time. It did not. I've already recommended him to my family and wish I could give more than 5 stars! If you need a plumber dont think twice about calling here! *** let me mention he helped at my house that had well water!! Hard to find!

Have used Petree several times and have been very satisfied. They were here this week to fix a clogged drain. My only concern was that they did not wear masks. I am an older customer and I want to be careful in these Covid 19 days.

Representatives very responsive to setting up appointment. When here to do the work, they were very professional, explained all the options, and made sure work was all done to my satisfaction before leaving. Would highly recommend.

If I could write a lower star I would, it's extremely unprofessional to not stick to set appointment times. We had an appointment set for this afternoon, the receptionist attempted to change the time, I cannot change my work schedule or coordinate things last minute. They were rude, unprofessional and unable to commit to a set time.
If you value your time, you're better going with another company. If you have time to spare and wait or communicate with a rude receptionists this is the company for you!

Offers a septic Tank pump out. Their prices start at $350.00 for the first 1000gal. There are less expensive honey dippers out there!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had a roofing job done to replace a few shingles. The communication leading up to the job was good- they would even text me (which is more convenient for me due to my job). I was not at home while they were working on the roof but immediately upon my arrival, I noticed that the shingles that they installed were a completely different color than the rest of the roof. I’ve tried multiple times over the span of two weeks to get ahold of someone! Left multiple voicemails, tried to contact everyone I worked with leading up to the job, etc. Dead silence. Haven’t received one returned call nor a follow up. Ironic how the communication went from fair leading up to the job to absolute nothing when it concerns the actual work they did. I’m extremely disappointed and NOT HAPPY whatsoever with the job done on my roof.

Josh was on time, courteous and thorough. He was honest and upfront about our two options for our sump pump system. He did a great job showing us how our sump pump and backup worked once he was finished fixing the problem. Thanks Josh and Carter's!

Damaged my floors - Had a water heater with a defunct gas valve. They came to replace it. A few days later I noticed the floor buckled with water damage. Pulled the plank up closest to the water heater and there was standing water under it. Extends to the wall of my laundry room. No damage near the washer so the obvious source is the water heater. Old one not leaking. New one not leaking. Used towels to clean water during install so there was a water issues at that time. They ignored my first call and contact via website. Second call they answered but took no accountability for the damage. Laughed at the suggestion the replace the damaged area. Unprofessional. Unaccountable. Bad hearted person to leave the job like that and leave the homeowner to deal with it.
