Luke was amazing. Diagnosed the problem and fixed it in a timely manner and quickly. Would definitely recommend Luke and Carter Plumbing again to anyone. I’m a Realtor and would definitely recommend them to Carter for any plumbing needs

Roto-Rooter is a fraudulent company. I made an appointment online. They did not mention anything about diagnostic charge during appointment making. The guy came and he looked at it for 2 minutes. He then asked for 450$ for fixing the leak. I declined to proceed. He then asked for 130$ for diagnosis, which I paid. But, this should have been revealed during the appointment making. Roto-Rooter does not do it and commit fraud. Finally, I called a guy from Craigslist, who fixed it for 125$. I paid less for fixing the lick than a 2 mins diagnosis by Roto-Rooter. Never call Roto-Rooter and stay away from them.

Miguel was our service technician, he was very polite and helpful with making suggestions for repairs and checking a few concerns we had with our water softener. We had a really great experience from the start with scheduling the service call with Ashley and having Miguel to our home, both were friendly and I would definitely recommend using them for plumbing needs. Compared to other plumbing companies I called to check on pricing, this was the best experience we had and Im happy we chose Plumb Doctor we would use them again for sure.

Cory came out to our Prevost coach and fixed our cruise air AC and recharged our chassis air. He was prompt, very friendly and really knew his AC. I wis B&W had a west coast office. If you need quick AC work call these guys.

We had an emergency where a drain in our garage overflowed. Called them, even though it was already early evening, but they did come and fixed the problem right away. Very nice gentlemen. I would definitely call them again. Thank you so much!!!

So I would like to update my review after posting the initial review below where I gave a 1 star rating we received a phone call from carters plumbing promising to get someone out that day. So they did honor their intial appointment.I am happy to say they sent Jason out. He did an excellent job with what he could do day one. Since we decided to have them install the shower base and new water lines. Jason needed to get supplies and come back next day to complete work also showing up day two was Brandon O. Both young men where professional,friendly and very knowledgeable. While my experience intial was not the best. I am very happy with the work Jason and Brandon O did and would recommend for any of your plumbing needs. I also want to thank carter plumbing for turning the situation around and getting our plumbing needs addressed.My intial post 1 starI sent an online request asking for a plumber initially did not get a response so I called their number got a women who scheduled us for 3-5 on Monday. I was initially impressed how quick they got us on schedule then a couple hours later a received an email back on my initial online request saying they could come out Monday 1-3 even better. Then on Monday 8:30 AM we get a call telling us we are too far from Greenwood. The women says I know no one told you,but we will charge a $70 fee to come out. But then said I can recommend another company. So obviously they really did not want our business. Ive heard a lot of good things about this company. Reliability, great customer service. Obviously not the experience I am having because when your team makes a scheduling appointment you need to be prepared to honor your appointment and deal with the error on your staffs part internally. That is providing a reliable customer experience. Now our project is delayed at least another two days. Very disappointed that what I thought would be excellent service has turned into a bad experience.

We had the pleasure of working with Sam of P&K on a stubborn plumbing issue. Sam was punctual, professional and courteous and quickly identified and resolved the issue. We will be using P&K again for our family's plumbing needs and highly recommend them.

Terrible customer service and lack of communication! I set an appointment for their 4 hour window and they were supposed to call me when they were on their way. They called and left me a message to call their office 1 hour into my 4 hour window. I called them 3 times to find out what was going on and could not get through to dispatch because they were on the other line. I was told they would call me back in 5 minutes. They never called back and never showed up for the appointment! Big waste of my time. I would not recommend them based on their disorganization and poor communication.

Good experience, very professional, no high pressure sales

The technician cleaned drain pipe underneath kitchen sink. We were advised how to maintain the drain pipe in order prevent clogged problem.

The My Carter’s plumbing team are wonderful! My experience began with a simple online chat asking for emergency repairs to my busted water pipes. Within 10 minutes, Tanya from the local office called me. She listened to my problems and was very open and honest about pricing and timeframes. When Josh arrived, he was very friendly, answering my questions, and immediately identified and fixed the problem. I’ll certainly be calling them for future (and pre-planned ?) plumbing needs.

We have been using this company for 5 years. Brandon put in a nice new water heater for us and had to move a gas pipe in order to do that which he knew exactly what to do. That was 5 years ago. Since then we have used this company for other repairs. Outside water spicket broke that was repaired. Our toilet seal broke and he not only fixed it but told us how to clean the mold under the house that developed from all the water leaking. He advised us on how to clean and dry the wet areas. He also advised us what to do when an appliance shorted out and how that needed dealt with. This is an amazing plumbing company and we trust them which is so important these days.
