Matt arrived on time and immediately went about assessing the situation with my 20 yr old leaking water heater. After determining that a new one was required, he fully explained the options available to me (water heaters and finance plans.) Once settled, he ordered the new water heater and necessary parts. He removed the old water heater and installed the new one. He was meticulous in ensuring the new water heater and connections was as it should be. He worked non stop the entire time. Matt is a very friendly guy and I felt comfortable having him in my home. Second time using Hope Plumbing for my plumbing issues. Thoroughly satisfied with their service.

Prompt and excellent service. He even went out of his way to cut a piece of scrap metal as a make shift door for the front of the water heater since ours was MIA.

The company did a spring air conditioning check up. Everything went very smoothly with the checkup. The technician was on time and courteous.

I had a major hot water tank leak. David responded quickly to my request and was able to come out the next day. He kept me informed as to when he would arrive so I was able to get other things done as opposed to being stuck waiting. He was courteous and thorough and talked me through all my options. I needed a new tank and he went and got what was needed even though it was almost 5pm and came back and finished the job so we could have hot water that night. He made sure my utility area was clean and tidy after he completed the job and I very much appreciated that he stayed until 7 pm to take care of my issue. The price was reasonable and the service was great.

We've used Weilhammer Plumber MULTIPLE times. They're FANTASTIC! They're honest and are willing to give a rough quote over the phone when you schedule your appointment so you have an idea of approximately what the repair/installation will cost. Very honest and frank about pricing, cause of damage, warranties, etc. I would HIGHLY recommend them!
