Best Heat Pump Installation in Indianapolis IN

We had another company install a tankless water heater about 6 weeks earlier. It was working great. The Saturday before Easter, there was no hot water and when we looked at the unit itself, it had no power. We checked breakers, oulet, etc. and everything was showing good. I started calling around different companies who advertised 24/7 service but yet none of them had anyone on-call for the entire weekend. They told me that the 24/7 just meant that they answered the phone 24/7. Uh huh!! They all wanted to come first thing on Monday and I told each of them NO! I finally reached Gary at Mr. Waterheater and they do actually have an on-call 24/7. Gary was great and had Josh set up to come out which he was there inside of 2 hours after my call. After taking his time and checking everything out, he put his hand behind the on-off switch inside the panel and it flickered. Long story short, the factory had not installed one of the wires all the way and it came loose. Great job by all!! Would absolutely use them again without question. They couldn't be any nicer and they were extermely thorough and competent.

I have been using this business since I retired from the military. They have helped my family handle a lot of emergencies from not receiving the best home inspection before purchasing. I have had my a/c, water softener, and hvac unit replaced. Outstanding service by an outstanding company.

Kyle was awesome!!! I am a first time home owner and I had no idea what was happening when my lower level shower and toilet started to overflow. I contacted Roto Rooter and within 30 mins Kyle came out and got to work. Not only did he do an awesome job removing the roots from the city line but was very knowledgeable. I've used Zach a couple of times now and he is what you look for in a plumber. He was honest, on-time and very knowledgeable on the items I had fixed. I recently called him about the pressure release valve on my water heater on a Sunday. He was happy to come out, but he told me how easy it was to fix it myself and ended up saving me several hundred dollars. I don't know too many companies that would walk you through installing it yourself. Great Business!

I have to say, I am impressed how professional and polite they are. Quick service, and reasonably priced. I Definitely reccomend over anyone other septic company.

Guys were friendly but charged more for labor than advertised rates. Showed up at 8:50 was gone by 12:50 and charged $495 for labor. The bill was $5 over the quote but charged the quoted price but it seems like it should have been less seeing as he advertises $125 first hour and $85 hour after. I ended up paying $123.75 an hour. They did good work. I had a question after they left and he did return my call promptly. Would use again but would get clarity on labor cost first.

No answer. No voicemail. The call was refused. Tried to call three times. Too bad... I wanted to support someone local. Going somewhere else.

FYI: No parts sales to general public.

Called and a man answered like he wasn't expecting to pick up a phone. He tells me they sometimes do free estimates when I ask. I explain what I need and he procedes to tell me he probably wouldn't be interested because he's so busy! Most likely not interested because of the size and complexity of the job. It is okay to tell me you're not equipped for that, guy!
