They brought my empty trash bin up to the garage, as it was trash pick up day here. They asked if they could help with anything else, after they performed maintenance on the HVAC. Can not say enough positive things about John New and the Efficient Systems Team came through like champs during a stressful holiday season. John and the ES Crew were immediately on top correcting a broken furnace which led to frozen pipes and faulty water lines soaking our downstairs. The two guys were great at communicating ahead of arrival, showed up on time (even with a slight adjustment based on a last minute curveball I threw at them), were respectful of the house and property by wearing covers for their shoes, and quickly ran to the store to buy the parts needed and get them installed - all within an hour and with smiles the entire time.
This company also supports the community via charitable organizations and outreach projects which means I support this company!

Very happy with the service! David was able to come out the same day I called (which I hadn't expected), and he kept me informed about when he'd be arriving at my house. He quickly diagnosed the problem and identified a couple possible solutions. He fixed the toilet, and I'm quite pleased with everything. He was very knowledgeable, and I learned several important things about plumbing and home maintenance during the service call. (I'm a new homeowner, so this is all new to me.) I'll definitely call him again if I have any problems or need any plumbing work done in my house.

Jason was so refreshing after having experienced Mister Qwik! A representative from Mister Qwik gave us a ridiculous price to fix our shower leak. He also stated we will most likely be charged the same, if not more, with the other big plumbing companies. We decided to continue searching and thank goodness we found Jason!!! We've used Weilhammer Plumber MULTIPLE times. They're FANTASTIC! They're honest and are willing to give a rough quote over the phone when you schedule your appointment so you have an idea of approximately what the repair/installation will cost. Very honest and frank about pricing, cause of damage, warranties, etc. I would HIGHLY recommend them!

Offers a septic Tank pump out. Their prices start at $350.00 for the first 1000gal. There are less expensive honey dippers out there!

We just had a new gas line and water heater installed by some really great people at best indy. They are really knowledgeable and professional. We will use them for any of our future needs.

My overall experience with 'The Plumbing Company' was terrible. Chris and Cindy, a husband and wife team, sub-contract all aspects of their work. This makes timely resolution difficult at best. Additionally, these two do everything possible not do any work whatsoever themselves and do not come on site to confirm, verify, or inspect any work that is done by their sub-contractors or other entities.

Cindy and Chris will go out of her way to provide every scenario possible but aren't actually capable of accomplishing any of the work. The one time during our 9-day emergency sewer line repair when Chris actually came to my home, he had his helper digging in my yard, during excessive heat and humidity, while he hid out front by his truck and texted on his phone; that he didn't grab a shovel and help his own man, tells you everything you need to know about how these two operate.

Additionally, Cindy was initially disparaging about every other plumber out there to ensure that they got the job. Because we were working through our insurance/warranty company, to whom I have recommended they no longer use 'The Plumbing Company', Cindy and Chris were quick to push the work off to the city utility company, their subcontractors, and were constantly asking for updates and pictures because they didn't spend any time here on the job site. They were quick to blame delays and difficulties on everyone else and finger-pointed to the city and even their own sub-contractors when tasks could be completed or updates provided in a timely manner.

Finally, after the 9-day emergency was partially resolved and when it came time for next steps, their estimators (more sub-contractors) didn't show up and Cindy indicated that she was going on vacation and work would have to continue the following week.

Cindy, Chris, and the 'The Plumbing Company' should be avoided at all cost. If you are using a reputable insurance/warranty that chooses to continue to use them, request anybody else! These two will take a difficult job and make it worse by kicking the can down the road and avoiding the actual work at all costs.
