They were great! Both technicians were helpful and friendly and professional! They offered to bring in a case of soft drinks sitting on my porch. They brought my empty trash bin up to the garage, as it was trash pick up day here. They asked if they could help with anything else, after they performed maintenance on the HVAC. Excellent customer service! Talked with me about the furnace and air system. Excellent experience!

He was also honest-- instead of just giving a quote for one of the repairs, he told us about another option that would be cheaper for us and said we could even install it ourselves if we wanted. Incredible! We recently had a plumbing emergency and Snappy Services came to our rescue. Now when I say we had an emergency, I'm not talking about a leak in the basement... no, I'm taking about a sewage backup and our poop was EVERYWHERE!!! down the walls, on the carpet, in the kitchen cabinets, even our pantry. I am not 100% sure, but I think it may have even leaked into my wife's Reece's Puffs cereal, and by the time I realized it she was half way done and I didn't have the heart to tell her. I know I'm getting off track, but the guys at Snappy Services were amazing. They showed up within an hour of when I called, and got us taken care of for a very reasonable amount. Totally recommend!!

Donnie was very professional and did an amazing job. We had a gas leak, he found it, and fixed it before the weekend so we could have our gas turned back on. A cold shower surprise prompted a blind search for a water heater pro and Gary responded immediately, showed up soon after and walked us through all the choices with straight talk about pros and cons for our situation ,aspiring to high end but budget conscious. His crew showed up next day as promised and did a beautiful install and cleanup with no oops/ extras, and some helpful care advice for getting stretching its life past the warranty. Absolutely recommend this long-time family-owned and staffed business Just had a great hot shower and feeling good about it costing half as much as our one other quote as well. An easy 5-star!

I used this plumbing company today. The man lacked professionalism. My appointment was at 2:00p.m. he came at 4:00p.m. I had to call him and ask what time did he think he was coming? When he arrived he knocked twice and let himself in my home. He didn't speak at all ugh
