We had to have some plumbing repaired/replaced under our kitchen sink after a water leak. Josh was very professional in doing our repairs and took the time to go through everything with me. We will definitely use hm again for future plumbing needs.

Would not recommend. After a home inspector reported our septic system failed a dye test (the first and only issue we'd ever had with the system) we contacted Jim Knox to look into what was wrong. He took 5 minutes to stick a metal rod into the ground and declared that we needed a whole new above ground system. Not only was his quote 50% higher than the next highest for a new system, it also turned out to be unnecessary; we had too much water running into the system from a improperly configured water softener and a clog blocking flow to 2 of the 5 fingers. With those issues addressed at a fraction of the cost our system works great and passed inspections without issue.

At one point we had an appointment to meet Jim at our property to discuss if there were alternatives to a new system; my wife drove 6 hours round trip to meet him at the property and Jim never showed. Eventually he explained that he couldn't make it because he was on the other side of town, after my wife drove to meet him from another state! We're told he does good work and others have recommended him, but our experience was very poor.

Bill and his son are extremely professional. My water heater went out, I found his business on Google being I already received a quote & his won me over immediately. He provided his expert recommendation for a replacement, picked it up, installed it, removed the old one and was so quick. He even tested for gas leaks and made carbon monoxide detector recommendations for before leaving. Shop small, I highly recommend his services. I now have a plumber for life, super grateful being a first time home owner! Thank you for everything.

If I could write a lower star I would, it's extremely unprofessional to not stick to set appointment times. We had an appointment set for this afternoon, the receptionist attempted to change the time, I cannot change my work schedule or coordinate things last minute. They were rude, unprofessional and unable to commit to a set time.
If you value your time, you're better going with another company. If you have time to spare and wait or communicate with a rude receptionists this is the company for you!

Tristen and Luke were very good and efficient. Great team! They were good with my very curious 5 yo and 1yo around and asking questions. I liked that they showed me the before and after photos! We will definitely be calling Peterman Brothers the next time we need it done or anything they service.
