They were polite and worked fast. However they did not clean up after themselves. Left my kitchen floor wet and muddy from replacing my water heater. When leaving a job it should be as clean as it was when you arrived. Will not use this company again on this fact alone.

With all the negativity in the world, when I see that someone does an outstanding job, they should be commended for people that they hire. My repair man Kyle Weaver did an amazing job, got my air conditioner up and running again in 95 degree heat I might add. he was here on time, wore a face mask and booties, for protection, was very thorough with what he was doing, gave me several options on what to look for and do next, with no pressure sales at all. Great job and you need more employees like him.

My regular plumber was on vacation. My hot water heater had died and was leaking into my home. Josh at Crossroads was the recommendation of my regular plumber, and I want to give a huge shout-out of appreciation to Josh at Crossroads Plumbing for taking the time to answer my questions, giving me an estimate on pricing, and reviewing the details of things I'd need with the replacement.

It was impressive how genuine Josh was in reviewing my situation. Here's the Mic Drop part of the conversation. He couldn't come out till Thursday. He did all of this, knowing I'd need something sooner than Thursday. He knew I'd probably go with someone else, but it didn't stop him from providing VIP service to me. That's impressive!!

Why am I writing this review? Two reasons, number 1: If my regular plumber recommends Josh and Crossroads then I KNOW that they are good because he's picky about who he recommends and the work that hey do. Number 2: Josh knew that we would need the repair sooner than he could accommodate (glad he's that busy!), but that didn't stop him from taking the time to help me out. I believe great character is shown when you don't have anything to gain but give generously to someone who needs your help. Josh did that, and I'm so grateful.

Bill did a fantastic job. He was there when he said he would be, did a fantastic job, and charged a fair amount. I would not hesitate to use this pro again in the future.

I used Simply Water for a water heater replacement and a water softener installation. Andrew did the work and answered all of my questions along the way. He was very friendly, professional and courteous throughout the process. And this company offered the best price out of 4 total estimates. I highly recommend them for an excellent, on time experience.

I called Fowler Plumbing after we had some pipes freeze over Christmas. Luckily I was quick to shout down the water myself and minimize damage.

Keith was able to quickly find the break in the first floor ceiling and also a drip that developed under the house. With out asking. Keith took pictures and sent them to me making it very easy for me to forward to my insurance company for my claim.

Overall my wife and I were very pleased with the service received and would recommend them to others. We plan it call Kieth back when we upgrade our bathroom and kitchen in the near future.

Be forewarned this company does guarantee their work! They came to drain our basement since we had our main line clog. They ran a line, said it was fixed charged $240. It clogged again four days later We called again, they charged us again and did the same procedure and charged us again. They shared then that they don’t guarantee their work. It happened a third time- a day before my kids birthday party. We finally called another company- that does guarantee their work and they fixed the problem. Unbelievable.

100% recommend will never use any other plumbing business

We called and set up an appointment yesterday. They did not show up to our scheduled appointment time; I find this extremely unprofessional. My day is wasted and I still have a plumbing issue. There is no excuse for missing an appointment without the courtesy of a phone call.
I will not be requesting their services in the future.

I had a leaking pipe from the toilet that was down in the crawl space. I called today and explained the situation, and was told they could come out and fix it. I had a drain backing up in the basement on a day when a snow storm had the city shut down. I called someone I'd used before but he couldn't get anyone here for several days. He recommended Curt & Jerry. They were here in about 2 hours and quickly figured out that the problem was the kitchen sink even though the sink was running normally. The charge was reasonable. I couldn't be happier.
