They were great. I had several small issues around the house. Steve worked hard to find the most economical solutions, repairing instead of replacing when possible. When the final bill was $74 less then the estimate he credited me. He could easily have kept the difference and I would never have known, but he was very honest and gave me the credit.

I also appreciate the fact that I was given a set appointment time, instead of a long window.

Steve was also very responsive by email and text.

They replaced our water heater, and a broken toilet, rebuilt a toilet, tub, and 2 showers. We have poor water quality and our plumbed appliances suffer as a result. All are working beautifully now though.

I've had Thornton out for two jobs. Nate (the owner) came out a few years ago and repaired a leaking hot water heater feed. He did a great job, did it fast, and it hasn't been a problem in the 3 years since we had the repair done.

I just recently had Dave out to fix a leaking toilet flange (probably broken by my GC on a recent home renovation, doh). He knocked it out quickly and with no fuss, and went above and beyond by fixing a few other issues with the toilet.

All in all I'm really pleased with Thornton and will have them back for more work as we update our house.

Got a new furnace and AC unit new thermostat keeps saying system. Oolong issues thermostat set to cool but in the last 4 hrs the temp has increased 3.7 degrees. I get this once a week they come out say it’s another technician issue set another date etc. for my size of home is showing a much bigger unit then what was installed. I have said this every phone call and yet they keep delaying it and sending out someone else who doesn’t know. I showed them electric bill that has almost tripled from last year same month. They have all these commercials and billboards but I feel they don’t care about what they have done since they have already been paid!

Chris was fantastic! I needed to know where my sewer lines were and he walked me through where they are and their condition. He was courteous, prompt and also really nice to my dogs! Thank you!

Indywaterheaterpros, removed my old water heater and installed my new water heater. He made sure that I received hot water in all faucets. He made sure that there was water pressure.
He returned today (two days later) and worked on my garbage disposal (wiring), it was installed but, never had any juice. I also had a brand new OTR microwave still in it's original box. It had sat on the kitchen floor, for two years. It is finally out of its box and installed. My garbage disposal works, allowing water to go down the drain. I've been making sure no water or food was poured or placed in the sink that, the disposal was on. My new microwave works (I popped popcorn). I am so excited and happy with the work provided. These guys are awesome. After a dispute with the neighbor that hired them, they saw that what the neighboring business wanted completed was not right. & Rob was a huge assistance to me in workin with the city & standing behind what was right in my favor & I wasn't even the customer that hired them. Staff was friendly & professional and they went above and beyond to take care of our problem (including waiting onsite for the plumber to complete their work to be sure no further service would be needed). Peterman does a great job on all visits. The monthly maintenance fee covers yearly service calls as well as discounts with them. Every employee goes above and beyond. Great company.
