Best Drain Lines in Indianapolis IN

I recently called on Carter's plumbing as my main drain by the water heater and washing machine was bubbling up and had begun to overflow. Sadly, my old drain did not make it easy as it didn't have easy access to the clog. However, they did not give up and came back with a Jetter and even had to go up on the roof to access the drain from the vent. And now I am clog free! A Giant Thank You to Luke and Chris for their hard work and diligence. Actually each person I dealt with at the Greenwood Carter's was fabulous! From Tonya, the receptionist who listened to me ramble about my drain, to Jarred the first plumber who tried and tried to fix it, but I guess the builder who put this old house together did not know what they were doing. And of course Chris and Luke who came back and never gave up. Now I am off to wash laundry.

Woke up to a leaking garbage disposal. It was a slow one but had already created some damage. I also saw our other sinks seal was leaking. I Called Plumbing Doctors and we had someone at the house in 30 minutes. Dan was great to work with and did an awesome job. He was friendly and gave me a lot of great tips! The price was very fair! We will definitely use them again!!!

I have called a list of different plumbers in the Indy area and the experts at P&K are consistently the most reliable and trustworthy. I had a shower issue that two different plumbers told me would cost into four figures. Then, Danny from P&K tried a quick fix that worked perfectly and cost way less. They're not out to bill you as much as they can, and will work with you for an affordable solution.

Had this business quote replacement of AC and furnace- their quote was more than double the competition- $9000 vs $4000 by a couple reputable other companies. Yikes! I shop around when I am spending this much money. They clearly depend on customer ignorance.

They came out to unclog a main drain. They were not successful because their cable wasn't long enough. They rescheduled to come out with a bigger machine. But they didn't show and didn't call. When I called, Denice said they were on another job but would come out after that. When they still hadn't come out I called in one more time. That's when Denice told me they wouldn't be able to come that day at all. But no one had bother to let me know until I called. She said they could schedule for the following week. Instead I went with another company that could come out on Saturday. But that company only had a 100 ft cable and that wasn't long enough. So I tried one more time with Curt and Jerry because they confirmed they had a longer cable. I scheduled it for today but told Denice several times that it couldn't be between 2:15 and 3:15 when I had another commitment. That's exactly when service person called to notify that he was on his way. When I told him I couldn't make it then, he asked if my tenant could. I told him I would check and call back. It took all of two minutes to learn that in fact my tenant was home and could meet them. But by the time I called back serviceman said he was already on his way to another job and couldn't do it, but said he'd come over afterwards which should be some time around 3 pm. I called at 3:30, Denice couldn't tell me when they would be over but assured me I was next and they would be over today. I asked if she could check with them to make sure they could make it. She said she couldn't bother them. They never came. When I tried calling around 4:30 - office was already closed. Denice never called to let me know they wouldn't be coming over. Pretty lousy customer service. I'm disappointed because I had used Curt and Jerry before and they did good work. But this was repeatedly poor customer service.

Jason was so refreshing after having experienced Mister Qwik! A representative from Mister Qwik gave us a ridiculous price to fix our shower leak. He also stated we will most likely be charged the same, if not more, with the other big plumbing companies. We decided to continue searching and thank goodness we found Jason!!! Offers a septic Tank pump out. Their prices start at $350.00 for the first 1000gal. There are less expensive honey dippers out there!

Have worked with them for a few items including a new A/C unit and furnace and everyone has been so nice and professional. They do a good job of explaining everything to you and letting you know all the options. I highly recommend them; they are at the top of my list for any future work I may need

Damaged my floors - Had a water heater with a defunct gas valve. They came to replace it. A few days later I noticed the floor buckled with water damage. Pulled the plank up closest to the water heater and there was standing water under it. Extends to the wall of my laundry room. No damage near the washer so the obvious source is the water heater. Old one not leaking. New one not leaking. Used towels to clean water during install so there was a water issues at that time. They ignored my first call and contact via website. Second call they answered but took no accountability for the damage. Laughed at the suggestion the replace the damaged area. Unprofessional. Unaccountable. Bad hearted person to leave the job like that and leave the homeowner to deal with it.
