Best A/C Preventive Maintenance in Houston TX

The attending technician was prompt to arrive, expeditious in doing the repairs, and quite thorough and clear in describing my problem with the AC, how he'd fix it, and what to expect from Village Plumbing and AC regarding check-up visits in the future.Count on this, too. Wow! Ben and Junior came out this morning and fixed my sink. Someone I know installed it wrong and I had water everywhere. They came out within 24 hours of it happening and had it fixed in no time. The kept me informed as to when the would be here and they were absolutely on time. Seems like a small thing, but when you're working thats a big help. I 100% will be using them if I have plumbing problems elsewhere ever again. Thanks guys!

After trying to replace our kitchen faucet on our own we realized the valves needed to be replaced, which was out of our realm of know-how. We called and they sent someone out that night. It was a Saturday night so we really appreciated it as we wanted to get it taken care of asap. We didn't realize the whole building would need water shut-off so they said they would contact our building management to get it coordinated and call us back Monday. I waited all day Monday and didn't hear from them. Finally I called Tuesday and left several messages. Still didn't hear from them (even though the machine says we will call you 7-10 minutes). Finally got a call back the next day saying they weren't able to get ahold of our management so we would have to call them to coordinate water shut off. I called and got a time slot scheduled with our building and then called One Call back to schedule with them. The morning of the appointment I called them to see when they would be there (as it was already 15 min after the appt) and they said they didn't have me down till the afternoon and wouldn't be able to get someone there in the scheduled water shut-off time frame. By now I was just fed up with tying to work with them and communicate with them. I cancelled the appointment and called another company who came down right away and fixed it all. Also, we got charged $90 for One Call to come tell us what needed to be done but then never got them back out to do the work. So $90 down the drain, literally. I'm sure they do a good job wth their services but they need work on their communication and customer service. I will say Lupita who I talked to on the phone several times was really nice and apologetic. I appreciated her answering my calls and trying to work things out. I just didn't have weeks and weeks to finally get someone here.

After dealing with another plumber who was a no show and wouldn’t even answer my call or text, I called EE plumbing. They actually came out the same day , which was on a Saturday, and showed up on time. They did the work quickly and the price was reasonable. I would recommend them. I have them saved on my phone for future use.

Exceptional plumber!! I used Speedway to create a new bathroom, replace all sewer lines, install a tankless hot water heater, and several other services. I am an experienced property owner with multiple extensively-renovated homes and numerous rental properties. Given that, I work with tons of contractors, plumbers, electricians, carpenters, etc. in numerous states and cities. Speedway was very efficient, timely, cost-effective, consistently professional and above all, the work looked superb and performed exactly as expected. I highly recommend Speedway. You always have to have some criticism, no one is perfect. Speedway is not the cheapest plumber, but sometimes it's worth it!

Stated 24 hour service, and when I called on Sunday night, the person answering the phone was very rude with a lot of attitude. Don't understand why there are many 5 start ratings, but definitely 1 star or lower for this time. If you do not want to service on Sunday night, don't say you are a 24-hour service company.

Great work really fast and efficient

Last night I had an emergency at home, when I connected my PC charger it short circuited, I called turbo home and they quickly came to solve the problem, they are the best in Houston, they always get me out of trouble.

They were fantastic and understanding of the task at hand. They were punctual, effective, trustworthy, professional, even instructive, and extremely amiable. They cleaned up the mess, provided me the mental calm I require, and you wouldn't even know they were here. Thank you gentlemen!
