This company is responsive and accommodating. Both Scott and Miguel (and his apprentice) were efficient and knowledgeable. These guys are Trustworthy and Professional! So glad we chose Village Plumbing for our emergent needs.

Don't know where to even start. Im a 65 y o Vet and cancer patient for 7 years. Lost my voice to throat cancer and can't even use a phone. My Kitchen sink backed up and had a friend call a Plumber for me, Thank God he choose Roto-Rooter to call. They sent a guy out and come to find out there was a garden hose stuck in the pipe on the sink drain/trap that had been left there. I was told they would have to tunnel under the slab to remove it and would range from $2500 o $3500 depending on how far they had to tunnel to reach it. They sent Ryan Mauldin the camera tech out and couldn't get a camera in it with the hose in it so the only option was to dig it out. I told him i only had 6 months of life left and could not afford it. He went and set in his truck on the phone to the office and came back and told me because of my medical problems and not much time left that they would have a crew dig it up and take care of if i could just pay the guys digging for there labor. He sent Daniel and Jose out to dig it up and as usual run into one thing after another, 3' thick slab , tree roots , half the pipe buried in concrete , these two men have spent a day and a half laying in a dirt hole upside down and never complained once. Im at a lost for words, all i can say is this Old Vet thinks you guys are a 1st Class Act to help someone like me out of a bad spot. 110% Customer Service at it's Finest. Set up two appointments. First time they tried to reschedule on me - second time no showed. Guys that showed up on first appointment could not complete work so they set up job for next morning. Next morning they no showed after confirming.

I just completed a transaction with Pickett Plumbing where they had to come onsite to remediate a plumbing problem. From the time I called until the problem was solved this team was top notch. Bud was the plumber who actually performed the repairs. He was very thorough and diagnosed my problem quickly. The repairs were explained very well and the completed quickly. Bud left the area very clean and took plenty of time to make sure I knew how to keep it from happening again. I will call Pickett Plumbing every time I need help in the future.

Ricardo is awesome. He took my phone call on a Sunday afternoon and was able to come first thing Monday morning to repair a frozen shutoff valve on my sprinkler system.

Chris runs a top-notch plumbing service. His rates are good and his work is excellent. He is honest and I recommend if you are in need of a good plumber to give him a call.

Our family has used this company for a very long time. I personally have used them for the past 30 years or so. Never had an issue Today was no different, and frankly, is my experience with the Company from scheduling, arrival time, quality of work, respectful and professional attitudes from all. I have not used, nor will I use another. I am most definitely NOT a professional reviewer as I very seldom do leave them.In summary, Guy and Mitchell arrived right on time, went directly to the line, cleaned it out (100ft run), cleaned the work area after the task, package up the equipment, presented the bill, and were on their way.
