We purchased a home in a gated neighborhood almost a year ago. We had major plumbing work and had four companies give us outrageous quotes without understanding the scope. Other plumbing companies were fired for make-up work to pocket the money or never pull a City inspection. We were living in a nightmare world!We came across Acacias Plumbing through our patio contractor. Acacias Plumbing worked on redoing our plumbing system on 3 ½ bathrooms, new patio, kitchen, and every location where we had water issues. They even fixed other plumbers' mistakes. Acacias Plumbing ensured everything was inspected and waited for the inspector for any question that needed to be addressed.Acacias Plumbing saves you money by fixing things right the first time and never replacing items that don't need to be replaced. Horrible company !! Flooded one of my houses. Did $35,000 damage to it and would not give me his insurance. Put in used parts. Lied to me many times. Had to get the city to revoke his permits. Will probably end up in court with this guy. Stay away - big trouble !!!!

Needed my house repiped and got a quote from Abacus and Aaron's, and Aaron's was almost half the price of Abacus. After the job I see why it was so much cheaper. A two day job turned into a 5 day job because the first two days the crew kept having to leave to take care of some stuff and in the first two days they only worked about 3 hours. On the third day they got halfway through and then they ran out of connections and it was too late to go pick more up. Water had to stay off over the weekend (for a total of 4 days) and they didn't start work on Monday until almost 1pm and finished at 8pm. After they left I tested all my fixtures and they forgot to run pipe to my half bath, and my yard sprinkler system no longer works. It seems like people have had better experiences with this company but this is just extremely unprofessional work. I won't be using them again.

Arrived on time, quick, knowledgeable, though pricy service. They charge a modest $45 fee due to fuel cost increase. They sent Yanis (a Master plumber) to evaluate and replace a broken leaking plastic ball valve and replace and relocate an improperly located pressure reduction valve in one visit. Yanis showed considerable knowledge and spent time explaining the repair and best practices. Whole job cost $1080 and took about 2 hours. Did a great job cleaning up too. Of the 2 hrs, waited 30 minutes for someone to drop off parts.Edit: Price was actually on the high side after researching parts installed. Parts was about $200 so paid about $350-400/hr for labor but Yanis was knowledgeable.

Very respectful and and patient with all my questions. Even though these guys were working outside in the heat, they were very professional looking in their clean uniforms and their names prominently displayed so there was no doubt they were who they said they were. Honestly I don’t leave reviews but Anthony was so helpful i couldn’t not. I live in the Abby apartments and didn’t expect anyone to even show up this late at night but he fixed my over flowing sink that was pouring onto the floor and cleaned up afterwards definitely 5 stars
