Best Drainage Service in Houston TX

The appointment was at 10 am but the technician arrived one hour later and that plumber company did no call me to tell me he would be late.
As for the service, the technician explained to me what the problem was and the solution. The cost was fair. He did a good job. I would recomend them

Doug, was punctual, professional, very knowledgeable, friendly and a pleasure to work with. He solved our tankless water problem and gave us other advise as to how to avoid problems in the future. We had our french drains flushed out due to some drainage issues we were having in our back yard. Rotorooter used a water jet system to flush the drains. Our technician, Sebastian Rodriguez (technician #2541) was THE BEST. First of all, Sebastian took his time and answered all of my questions regarding the process. He explained everything thoroughly and made it easy to understand. When it came to doing the actual work, I asked him if I could watch him and he allowed me to follow him as he was doing the job, explained each step as we went along and again, he answered every one of my questions. It was obvious to me that Sebastian is an experienced professional and that he cares about providing quality work and customer service. In the process of performing the work, Sebastian discovered 6 drain covers around my house that were covered in thick grass. I didn't know they even existed.I felt he went above and beyond by digging each one out individually to make sure the job he was doing was done right. He made a big impression on me because a job that he expected to take him 20 minutes took just over an hour. At every step in the process, Sebastian exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Sebastian and the Rotorooter team to have any of your drainage work done in Houston.

Speedway Plumbing have come to our house on a few occasions over the past two years for plumbing repairs and also for our shower renovation. We really appreciated the great service and good sound advice especially with a very tricky bathroom renovation. So I called Chris on a Thursday night with a busted water heater. He was able to come out Friday night to check out the problem (which, by the way, was a service call he did NOT charge me for, whereas all the other highly rated plumbers in the area wanted to charge me $75 just to come see what the problem was). He was immensely helpful while he was over, and when the decision was made to replace it with a new water heater, he was even nice enough to come install it on a Saturday morning. Furthermore, when it turned out that he only had a 50gal in stock to replace my 40gal, he still only charged me the price he quoted me for a 40gal replacement.The advent of the internet has facilitated an unprecedented access to price comparisons and things of that nature, but to anyone reading this: if you live anywhere near the Meyerland area, and you have need of a plumber, you would be an absolute fool not to use Perot Plumbing.

Just wanted to take a minute to express our sincere appreciation to Zach and the entire staff at Nettles Plumbing for their quick responsiveness and professionalism. We had a pipe rupture in our garage last night. we turned off the main valve and contacted them this morning to see about getting service. Zach (Owner) had a man out VERY promptly and made the necessary repairs and now we are back online... Cant say thank you enough to the entire staff. Will most defiantly being using them exclusively from now on and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing service of ANY kind.
