I’ve been doing business with Gilbert from Aaron’s Plumbing for years now. I think it was originally an internet lookup to get some plumbing done and I liked that he could come out very quickly and that his prices were fair. One of the homes I own was having several problems so I had him come out a few times to fix things. One of the issues was a water heater which I had to order a new part for. They called me multiple times to see if I’d received the part yet and when they found out that I had it, they were out there within an hour to fix it. They are always on top of the issues, which makes me keep coming back to them. I would definitely recommend Aaron’s Plumbing as a reliable plumber with a fair price.

Arrived on time, quick, knowledgeable, though pricy service. They charge a modest $45 fee due to fuel cost increase. They sent Yanis (a Master plumber) to evaluate and replace a broken leaking plastic ball valve and replace and relocate an improperly located pressure reduction valve in one visit. Yanis showed considerable knowledge and spent time explaining the repair and best practices. Whole job cost $1080 and took about 2 hours. Did a great job cleaning up too. Of the 2 hrs, waited 30 minutes for someone to drop off parts.Edit: Price was actually on the high side after researching parts installed. Parts was about $200 so paid about $350-400/hr for labor but Yanis was knowledgeable.

Rigo came out and did a great job on our ac unit and got it going. Offered additional advice to get the unit in working order. Would recommend their services.

Horrible service. They didn't fix the problem fully and demanded additional payment for returning to complete the fix. Will not use them again.

I just looked at this review today. I called the guy up since everyone had positive things to say about him. Master Plumber and owner of the company came out. He looked at my problem and right away knew what he needed to do. He took the time to explain and went to work. He told me that he might have to make a mess inside the office because it looked like it was too clogged up. I told him I couldn't have that because we see patients everyday. He said he would have to look at the man hole and see where our pipe was and if he could do it. Right away he took his machine out and started working outside in a filthy man hole full of roaches. The guy did it. Our pipes were so clogged up, I really didn't think we were going to get it fixed without tearing this place apart. But he did it. Very professional, courteaus and willing to explain the entire process. Thanks for a job well done.

I used Cardinal Plumbing 10 years ago to fix a leaking pipe in the attic. Mario did a good jobSo when my water heater gave out I called them again. I paid a lot of money to install a new water heater in 2012. Now this week I am having kitchen remodeled and my contractor tells me that the water heater is hard to start because it is too old. The water heater has a date of 2006! Plus the installer did not even bother to install a pan! I will never use Cardinal again!
