I called them around eight a.m. about repairing or replacing my kitchen faucet (I thought they would have to replace it). I made an appointment for ten o’clock. James called at 8:48 and said he could come right away, but I wasn’t quite ready for him so asked him to wait thirty minutes. He came, was able to fix the faucet (it turned out to be a minor problem), and also tightened up the sprayer hose and checked a leak in my bathtub faucet. And it didn’t cost much at all. I love Texas Plumbing! I just wish I’d discovered them years ago.

Oscar came out to our plant promptly and was able to identify our issue right of way. Two business days later Elijah and Antonio came out first thing in the morning and was able to perform the repair in a professional and prompt way. I would recommend there service to all businesses.

Don't waste your time. I called them at 9am to fix a clogged sink, the guy said they would be out between 12 and 2. 2:30, 2:45 rolled around and no sign of them. Nobody called us and we called twice to see what was up and no response. I called ARS and they were out within an hour and got our issue fixed. Like I said, don't waste your time. Go elsewhere.
