Ben and his crew from Texas Premier Plumbing did an exceptional job re-piping our sewer drain lines and replacing our interior galvanized pipes with PEX. Ben explained each step of the process, what needed to be fixed, and recorded and showed my husband and I live footage of breaks in our pipes. He provided cost effective solutions and promptly scheduled the appointment. Each phase of the repair was explained and fully completed in 2 weeks. We had tunneling underneath and on the side of our home and the crew preserved our lawn and dirt was packed nicely that we could barely tell there was a substantial repair. The interior crew was very clean and professional and protected our flooring at all times. Each call, text, and question was answered in a polite and prompt way. We highly recommend this company.

So I called Chris on a Thursday night with a busted water heater. He was able to come out Friday night to check out the problem (which, by the way, was a service call he did NOT charge me for, whereas all the other highly rated plumbers in the area wanted to charge me $75 just to come see what the problem was). He was immensely helpful while he was over, and when the decision was made to replace it with a new water heater, he was even nice enough to come install it on a Saturday morning. Furthermore, when it turned out that he only had a 50gal in stock to replace my 40gal, he still only charged me the price he quoted me for a 40gal replacement. The advent of the internet has facilitated an unprecedented access to price comparisons and things of that nature, but to anyone reading this: if you live anywhere near the Meyerland area, and you have need of a plumber, you would be an absolute fool not to use Perot Plumbing.

Where others fail - Joe Nettles Plumbing gets it done. A group of capable and talented plumbers. This company is made up of plumbers that know how to diagnose difficult problems. Through thought and sweat they can pinpoint the location of a broken drain line amid a maze of pipes, under a concrete floor. Great plumbers: sincere, honest plumbers that charge a fair price for their hard work.

Our hot water system replacement crew from Reliable Plumbing Services was excellent. Within 24 hours after first contact, they came to check out our old system, attempted to fix it, and when that failed, installed a new one. Everyone was kind and very accommodating. Very highly advised

Mike Dayter is an excellent plumber!! He was very thorough, honest, professional, and patient with all of my questions. Having trust and confidence in the ability of a company to handle all of your plumbing problems is extremely important!! I had a previous good experience with another company, but they were too expensive. This company is extremely fair with their prices and have great employees as well! I was also very impressed with Heather, with whom I spoke with to set up my appointment. I'm definitely going to have 24/7 plumbing to do my repairs. This company is very fortunate to have Mike as their employee!!

This company has a horrible drive who apparently has road rage! Drive with unit number 120. Called yesterday to report to the company and left a message with the receptionist and haven’t heard back from the manager. Couldn’t get the managers name because apparently the receptionist said she could not give out the managers name! Remember your employees reflect on your company!

I had been experiencing very low water pressure in my condominium, which the community had replaced the water pumps a year ago. I made an appointment with the owner of Sternenberg & Krohn to come and take a look. He looked at my kitchen faucet, and dismantled it. Turns out the pressure was fine, but I had a broken safety valve in the kitchen faucet which was causing the low water pressure. He also viewed my shower faucet and said I should soak it in vinegar or CLR to remove the calcium build up. All in all he was in my place 10-12 minutes. He said he didn't like to charge for things like this, so he wouldn't charge me. I got a bill in my mail a few days later for $140 for 10 minutes of work. I appreciate honesty and integrity, and if a person says he is not going to charge, I appreciate he stands by his words.
