Giving 5 stars after Tech 2212 came to review kitchen sink leak issue. Not only did he educate me, he found the main problem that the first tech (457) did not catch. Tech 2212 was dedicated to helping me choose the correct option for a new sink, parts, and installation. Technician 457 fixed our RR plumbing issue perfectly. However, he did not thoroughly check the sink plumbing which caused the leak & mold to continue. Tech 2212 made up for it by permanently fixing the problem, placed a new strainer, nut, washer, and gave me helpful advice to keep the kitchen plumbing in tip-top shape! We are extremely satisfied with his hard work ethic and knowledge. Tech 2212 went over and beyond for us. We are grateful to have found our go to plumber for years to come.

During a time where plumbers were working through a high demand time, this company went above the standard and worked us into their schedule. On a Sunday, when no one else was available or willing or even able to work us in. The plumber arrived, identified the issue, and discounted the price; because it was a simple fix. That’s an upstanding action, as I’m hearing of friends and co-workers being charged astronomical prices due to the demand of plumbers. A trusting and honest company is rare in these times! I would gladly refer and use them again! Thank you for helping us during a trying time!!

Had to shut off water to the house during the first day of the storm. Called Perot and spoke with the owner. Was told he could get out 2 days later. Tried calling him numerous times to confirm the schedule without success. When I did get ahold of him- by luck- on the afternoon of the day we were scheduled for service, he knew absolutely nothing about my call, said he would ‘try to handle the local people’, estimated his response at ‘maybe another two days’ and was plainly overwhelmed. While I appreciate the unique difficulties of the situation, Perot led us to believe that we could rely upon them when plainly they had not even scheduled our call. We would have made other arrangements with a company that books and calendars its calls for service and has the capacity to provide updates.

I'm very pleased with the plumbing service I received. The plumber was skilled, prompt, and fixed the problem with my plumbing system seamlessly. I would hire them again without hesitation.

Just wanted to take a minute to express our sincere appreciation to Zach and the entire staff at Nettles Plumbing for their quick responsiveness and professionalism. We had a pipe rupture in our garage last night. we turned off the main valve and contacted them this morning to see about getting service. Zach (Owner) had a man out VERY promptly and made the necessary repairs and now we are back online... Cant say thank you enough to the entire staff. Will most defiantly being using them exclusively from now on and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing service of ANY kind. I had a previous good experience with another company, but they were too expensive. This company is extremely fair with their prices and have great employees as well! I was also very impressed with Heather, with whom I spoke with to set up my appointment. I'm definitely going to have 24/7 plumbing to do my repairs.
