Service to our water heater was impeccable. Our technician Marty was very courteous, prompt, knowledgeable and outstanding overall. The repair only took about an hour and half just as our tech had said it would, not to mention he was on time on a bad weather day in Houston. RotoRooter should definitely be your go to for all your plumbing and repair needs.

We've used Lucky's Plumbing on several occasions and their service is fantastic! Over multiple visits, Brandon fixed a pipe that was leaking in our attic, repaired an outdoor shut-off valve, unclogged a slow draining kitchen sink, and also gave us a heads-up on things to watch for with our pipes as our house ages. Emily at the office has answers to all the questions, and was very helpful setting up my appointment including excellent communication leading up to their arrival on site. Brandon and Emily are both very nice to work with and will make you feel a lot less anxious about whatever issue they are taking care of for you.If you need a plumber you can trust, call Lucky's Plumbing. I give them my highest recommendation.

I didn't do service with them but a company that doesn't go out to your house and see for themselves the situation and instead asks you to take pictures of your water heater to send to them.... that seems lazy to me and untrustworthy. They seemed nice though ?♀️

At midnight of the second night of Winter Storm Uri (day 2 of no power or heat), I awoke to dripping on my face. Mere seconds after I moved my bed away from the dripping, half the ceiling in the room collapsed onto the floor. The dripping was now a firehose, flooding my house. Frantically, I pulled up All American Plumbing in my contacts and dialed the number and prayed, even knowing it was impossible anyone would be answering this late. Richard answered; he had been up since the early morning running from emergency to emergency, and had just gotten off a job. He was over in minutes and had everything stopped in under a minute. After he got everything in order, he came back a week later to replace all the damaged piping--when nobody in Texas had plumbing supplies, he sent for them from Arizona. He wasn't running from emergency to emergency 24/7 those 2 weeks because he needed the money, he did it because he knew how many people were relying on him to save their houses and couldn't let them down.

I had a problem with my toilet, and YB Plumbing Services fixed it quickly and efficiently. The plumber who came to my house was friendly and professional, and he explained the problem and the solution in detail. I would definitely use this company again.

I don’t really do reviews, but this company highly deserves it. We had to replace a tankless water heater that’s not functioning correctly do to years of it being unserviced and a clogged pipe. Ruben installed the tank, and also installed other things to prevent it from easily wearing out for years to come. To sum up the experience, this company went beyond to help us get it replaced. They are very helpful and responsive to all your questions. The cost is reasonable especially for the change of tank and also their service. If you’re looking for a company to service your plumbing needs, stop and look no further. Contact them.

I used Cardinal Plumbing 10 years ago to fix a leaking pipe in the attic. Mario did a good jobSo when my water heater gave out I called them again. I paid a lot of money to install a new water heater in 2012. Now this week I am having kitchen remodeled and my contractor tells me that the water heater is hard to start because it is too old. The water heater has a date of 2006! Plus the installer did not even bother to install a pan! I will never use Cardinal again!
