I went with this company because of all the great reviews but I had horrible experience with them. The 1st appointment no one showed up and when I called they said technician was running 2hrs behind. There was no courtesy call to inform of this delay after we were already waiting 2hrs. I rescheduled and the tech came out for all of 5min just to tell me would need a new toilet and could not just replace tank. I don't understand why they couldn't tell me that based on the picture they requested. I still decided to give them a chance but their quotes were ridiculous and the person I was speaking with had no clue what was going on. Every question I had was responded to with well that's not on the website. I don't know. Very disappointing

Great work by Frank and his partner. Showed up a little later than expected (I imagine they've been busy), but installed our toilet quickly, quietly, and didn't leave a mess. I'll definitely call TQP back with other plumbing needs. Thanks guys!

This is the the worst company ever “the grand theft company”, they work completely unprofessional, they worked in my house for 12 days and everyday they would call me like at 8 am and would show up 3 or 4 hours later. They didn’t have the appropriate tools to work, Also when they needed something from home-depot they would take almost 2 hours to come back. My living room and bedroom was full of dust from what they were cutting because they didn’t cover the bathroom entrance, They asked me for water, ice, and to sit on my chairs with all their dirty clothes and to complete the whole review they stole tools from my garage because they used my garage to cut the tiles for the bathroom and the job was completely awful.

Arrived on time, quick, knowledgeable, though pricy service. They charge a modest $45 fee due to fuel cost increase. They sent Yanis (a Master plumber) to evaluate and replace a broken leaking plastic ball valve and replace and relocate an improperly located pressure reduction valve in one visit. Yanis showed considerable knowledge and spent time explaining the repair and best practices. Whole job cost $1080 and took about 2 hours. Did a great job cleaning up too. Of the 2 hrs, waited 30 minutes for someone to drop off parts.Edit: Price was actually on the high side after researching parts installed. Parts was about $200 so paid about $350-400/hr for labor but Yanis was knowledgeable.

I got an advertisement in the mail saying they can fix old AC units as opposed to replacing them. Then they had a fall special for a maintenance check up. This is my first house. I just purchased a house. I had no idea where anything is. I asked alot of questions to Kevin Bolden who was my rep. He was very patient with me. I wish they had a new house orientation where you pay like 100 dollars to show them where each unit is in the house and they label things for you so you know exactly what the problem is. I went up in the attic and Kevin checker everything out and walked me through the entire process how the AC works and the filters in the furnace. The only problem is that I wished I had scheduled a early part of the morning so they can try to fix it the same day or get parts. I had to take the day off for him because this was my first time and first house and wanted to know all the small details. Kevin used shoe covers when he went in my house.

Mike and his team replaced a hot water heater in my two story Energy Corridor which has a unique floor plan. The attic isn't very tall while my HVAC lines made maneuvering in the attic very difficult. He traced a missing TP line which other plumbers could not find. We have hot water now and passed city inspection. Thank you 24/7!

TRASH all these bad reviews are right, these workers do half a$$ jobs and leave midway through the work and say they have to come back just to get paid again! never ever will use this company again. SCAMMERS

Excellent service and knowledgeable staff. Had a plumbing emergency, and they were quick to respond. They assessed the situation and explained what had to be done. They were extremely careful and respectful while working inside my home and kept their work areas free of debris. I would gladly use them again if the need arises. Very satisfied with their work and highly recommend to others.

The people giving them favorable reviews must be family. They don't return phone calls, don't come or call when they say they will.
Go somewhere else as these people are terrible.
