Best Preventive Maintenance in Houston TX

We have used Village Plumbing & Air for many years and they're going from good to great. I can't say enough good things about our most recent experience even though it led to the replacement of two heating systems Jaston Hendrix did an excellent job diagnosing the issues and identifying the best solution, and the installation team was thorough, polite, and did a great job throughout. We were really happy with the whole experience!

Christian came out today because my drain was clogged. When he had done all he could and saw there was a bigger problem he called Damien to bring a camera. They found the issue was to do with the grading and took a video of the issue. The price I was quoted didn’t change when Damien came. It was what they quoted and I will get a video to show the builder since the house is still under warranty! They took time to make sure I understood what was really happening. I honestly appreciated the time and information and that they stayed true to the upfront quote I received.

I was charged $461.35 to repair a 2’ copper pipe that had a leak. My husband and I had already discovered the leak, cut a hole in the floor, and removed the insulation for the serviceman. I will give one star because he did repair the leak (with plastic because copper cost more). I am embarrassed I allowed this company to take advantage of me like this. I will never use Pickett plumbing again.

Ricardo is awesome. He took my phone call on a Sunday afternoon and was able to come first thing Monday morning to repair a frozen shutoff valve on my sprinkler system.

These guys are the best!!! Chris was so informative about our issues and came out the same day. He was patient and so friendly. He was extremely efficient and saved us a ton of money. Cleared out stopped up plumbing that was causing flooding in our bathroom in one hour!

David went above and beyond to get our AC fixed. Very knowledgeable, friendly and very patient when answering all our questions. We are so thankful that he fixed the problem the same day because with this Texas heat we can’t go a day w/o the air conditioner! Customer service was exceptional and you can’t beat their prices compared to others in the area. I will definitely recommend this company to family and friends every time!
