The job proved to be difficult, but he stayed with it and the results were excellent. This was the second service by Roto-Rooter at our home and both experiences have been excellent. After dealing with another plumber who was a no show and wouldn’t even answer my call or text, I called EE plumbing. They actually came out the same day , which was on a Saturday, and showed up on time. They did the work quickly and the price was reasonable. I would recommend them. I have them saved on my phone for future use.

Had to shut off water to the house during the first day of the storm. Called Perot and spoke with the owner. Was told he could get out 2 days later. Tried calling him numerous times to confirm the schedule without success. When I did get ahold of him- by luck- on the afternoon of the day we were scheduled for service, he knew absolutely nothing about my call, said he would ‘try to handle the local people’, estimated his response at ‘maybe another two days’ and was plainly overwhelmed. While I appreciate the unique difficulties of the situation, Perot led us to believe that we could rely upon them when plainly they had not even scheduled our call. We would have made other arrangements with a company that books and calendars its calls for service and has the capacity to provide updates.
