Best Plumbing Installed in Houston TX

I DO NOT recommend GEI! Previously called GEI in 2021 and they had been honest about an issue they couldn’t fix and did not charge. After this experience, I called them last week to fix a leaking bathroom sink. They charged me $130 and changed a valve when the issue was a leaking hose, then told me that the entire faucet needed to be replaced. I was left with a sink which was still leaking after hours spent at the house, and the plumber didn’t bother to clean-up, leaving parts on the floor and by the sink. There was no promise to return to fix the issue. I had to complain to the owner, who sent 2 plumbers back on the weekend, only to tell me again that the hose was leaking… and again NOT fix the issue. I ordered a new hose on Amazon for $13.00 and my dad installed it in 10 minutes. I am shocked that GEI charged me so much to waste my time, “fix” the wrong issue, even misdiagnose it a 2nd time stating the whole faucet needed to be replaced. I feel completely taken advantage of and will never use GEI again.

We had a fantastic experience with our plumber for Texas Quality. Not only did he work through a challenging issue but got the job done that day!

I called them around eight a.m. about repairing or replacing my kitchen faucet (I thought they would have to replace it). I made an appointment for ten o’clock. James called at 8:48 and said he could come right away, but I wasn’t quite ready for him so asked him to wait thirty minutes. He came, was able to fix the faucet (it turned out to be a minor problem), and also tightened up the sprayer hose and checked a leak in my bathtub faucet. And it didn’t cost much at all. I love Texas Plumbing! I just wish I’d discovered them years ago.

First, let me start off by saying Lindell is so kind and polite. When I explained my water heater issue, he tried to walk me thru any possible remedies over the phone. When they did not work, he explained the after hours policy and he would be at my home within 2 hours. He communicated his ETA as well as the entire process to fix my issue. There was no up sell or fluff, straight to the point and got the job done within 30 minutes. He was so professional and courteous. I will absolutely use his company again!

Just wanted to take a minute to express our sincere appreciation to Zach and the entire staff at Nettles Plumbing for their quick responsiveness and professionalism. We had a pipe rupture in our garage last night. we turned off the main valve and contacted them this morning to see about getting service. Zach (Owner) had a man out VERY promptly and made the necessary repairs and now we are back online... Cant say thank you enough to the entire staff. Will most defiantly being using them exclusively from now on and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing service of ANY kind. I call Kenneth on a Sunday and he showed up within an hour and took care of my clog toilet at a reasonable price. I am a skeptical person when looking for help on the internet, but talking to Kenneth he was very professional and explain to me what it will cost me. I will highly recommend him and if I have another issue he will be the first one I call.

Mrs. Angela was very detailed about the property that she oversaw. She was extremely transparent about the the things that needed to be updated. I would recommend her property company to anybody who have any type of privately owned property that needs to be managed. She is the REAL Deal! Not only is she a great manager she is also good at getting any maintenance problems solved ASAP! This property management company has nothing to do with her very successful, black owned, female owned plumbing company.

We use be our neighbors back in 2007 for quit some years. When they moved out the neighborhood we didn’t keep in touch. Well I kept his phone number in my contact and when Houston had the 2021 Arctic blast and pipes burst in many homes and no electricity for days. That’s when I reached out to Terry the owner of the company and he gave me times and different times. Me being a good ol ex neighbor was patient enough to wait for him for 2 full days. I made a final text after the second day and he text meBack and said as soon as he gets done with the house he was working on he WILL come by and replace my pipes. Well guess what?! that NEVER happen again. After the day 3 he txt me back “ are we best friends now” (very rudely) and that was not the point my point was that I was trying to bless his business and he thought I was trying to be his best friend and get something for nothing. That alone tells me a lot about him and his business. Not professional at ALL.
