Willie was very upfront and honest about the situation. He told me exactly what to expect and how the process was going to happen. Working with the city was a challenge but they got the work done successfully. They came out on the same day the problem occurred. I would recommend Willie as well as Nick’s Plumbing!

Had a great experience with Blue Frog from scheduling the appointments to fixing the water heater. The technician was prompt, courteous, and professional. They made every effort for me to understand each issue I had in getting the water heater fixed. Blue Frog had good communication, very helpful in placing the items for me, and did an excellent job. Will be using them for any issue with plumbing. :)

Nathan and Jason were incredibly professional, so polite and very thorough. They replaced our pipes and faucets expertly and were very meticulous. Rosa also was so kind and empathetic and was very responsive in making appointments. They even arranged the drywallers to come the same day to close up the openings. The best experience I’ve ever had with a plumbing company ever. I’m so grateful how quickly they came to fix our problems after the iconic winter storm in Texas. I totally recommend them and am so grateful to them!

We’ve used Redfin twice for plumbing issues at our home and they have been wonderful to work with each time. After the recent winter storm they were honest, upfront, and communicated well to get our issues fixed. The staff is awesome and the work is top notch. We will continue to call Redfin for our plumbing needs!

He (Mike the owner) did not honor the price quoted and charged 3 times more. His crew (Ken) did mistakes and it did not pass the inspection and they had to redo and charged me for their errors. Unreliable provider, the contractor I had which they worked for, after that they removed them from their list because this and other incidents. Quoted $405 and charged $1250, because the redo 2 times for failing inspections for the service they did. Beware, they are plenty of excuses. Just decided to pay to get get them out of my house as soon as possible.

DYZ Plumbing provided excellent service, They responded to my request within a couple of hours. Yence (not sure of the spelling), the plumber, was outstanding. He explained everything he was doing to check on the old garbage disposal, and install the new one. Highly recommend this company. Thank you, Yence!!!

The tech came out and performed a diagnostic of my entire AC system. He was very professional and answered all of the questions I had. He explained what the problems were, how much they would cost to fix, and what might happen in the future if I didn't fix them. We ended up cleaning out the drain pipe, putting in algea tablets, and fixing some wiring on the roof too. Thanks Matthew for explaining everything and taking care of me and my AC! I bought the yearly maintenance package so they can come out and check my ac, heater, and plumbing once a year.
