After my kitchen sink was completely clogged and liquid plumber didn't work, my super called Gei plumbing services. I didn't have to wait long for them to come. Gei plumbing services plumber fixed my issue. They were very friendly and worked quickly. I was very satisfied with the service I received.

A good plumber to remember! A faucet under the kitchen sink was installed and a problem with the shower head was quickly repaired. Young plumbers, but very professional and they work clean and quickly. The next time I need a plumber my first call will be to Texas Plumbing.

We called them after another company had tried to rip us off for a water leak. Lindell quickly diagnosed the problem and gave us a quote that was reasonable and later came back to repair the pipes. He gave us 2 options to choose from and helped me understand how to essentially Band-Aid it before he could get out and fix it.He was friendly, honest, and extremely professional and there's no question that we'll use them again if we have to.

Hector and team came out to fix a few miscellaneous things from a home inspection. He was very responsive and they always call or text regarding their ETA.All the work was done properly and tested and their invoice included pictures of the work and even some before/after photos where necessary.Best of all, they're respectful of property and wear shoe coverings inside (and they remove them outside! It's pointless to wear them outside AND inside the house) and clean up after themselves.

Scheduling was rude, but the plumber that contacted me prior to scheduling contacting me was very nice. If it was not for scheduling being rude, then we may have proceeded with their services. This review is based on client interaction and not the work itself.

My neighbor told me about One Call. He said that they have a service that would check AC, heating and plumbing on three separate visits. Being new to Houston, I was told how important it is to have AC. I called One Call and Henry Newsom came to my house on-time, introduced himself and immediately gave me his business card. After inspecting my AC units he took the time to explain system, possible failures and the options that I had available to me. Very Professional. When it came time to repair my AC unit, Billy & Eddie came to the house before I was expecting them, introduced themselves and immediately went to work. They were done in half of the time that they said that it would take and there were no surprises with the bill! Great Service. I also appreciate Amanda in the office who was quick to answer my questions or to get me an answer whenever I called. Great customer service.One Call provides great service and I would recommend them to anyone who has HVAC or plumbing problems. Thanks again.

They came out quick they came out did a great job quick awesome and after hours! They are our master plumbers from now on!

Had to shut off water to the house during the first day of the storm. Called Perot and spoke with the owner. Was told he could get out 2 days later. Tried calling him numerous times to confirm the schedule without success. When I did get ahold of him- by luck- on the afternoon of the day we were scheduled for service, he knew absolutely nothing about my call, said he would ‘try to handle the local people’, estimated his response at ‘maybe another two days’ and was plainly overwhelmed. While I appreciate the unique difficulties of the situation, Perot led us to believe that we could rely upon them when plainly they had not even scheduled our call. We would have made other arrangements with a company that books and calendars its calls for service and has the capacity to provide updates.
