Because of plumbing issues related to the recent freeze I was in desperate need of plumbing services. I called this company on yesterday. They were too get me taken care of this morning. Two very professional technicians David and Jay very knowledgeable came in and identified my problem and took care of it. They were very pleasant to work with and patiently explained my problem and quoted me a very reasonable price before they started the job. After the historic winter storm of February 2021, a pipe burst in one of our buildings at work-- and like many Texans, it was near impossible to find a plumber following the storm. VIP Plumbing was recommended to me by a friend, and I got in touch with Mr. Chip Spivey. Soon thereafter they came out and repaired the busted pipe (rather quickly), and we were back in business! We are so grateful that Chip and VIP came through for us during that situation, and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good plumber!

Came to clean out sewer line charged $1,000.00. Damaged floor in bathroom, Toilet now leaks around base, told me needed to replace clean out for tub and that is also leaking and 3 days later sewer line is back up again and will not return email nor phone calls. This cost me $1,000 dollars to get a damage floor leaky toilet and leaky tub and the problem never fixed and unable to talk to anybody

Great work by 24 Hour Plumbing Texas. Showed up a little later than expected (I imagine they've been busy), but installed our toilet quickly, quietly, and didn't leave a mess. The day before Memorial Weekend, the worst thing that could happen happened! I had invited 30 people for the long weekend and had so much to cook and prep that the pipes under the Kitchen sink started to leak and flooded the kitchen floor. Out of 4 companies that I called for an emergency repair, Cardinal Plumbing was the only one who answered the phone. They were very professional and showed up at my door step in less than an hour.
