Hexagon Plumbing were heaven sent to my family. We are forever grateful. I reached out to Mayor Turner and Ted Oldberg from ABC 13. My husband has Cancer, Congestive Heart Failure, Diabetes many health conditions. We have really feel behind financially. Hexagon took really great care of us. We didn’t have hot water due to the gas inspection. Within 1 day Hexagon made sure everything was up to code and we had HOT WATER THE SAME DAY!!!! Travis our plumber was outstanding he explained everything to my husband as he were working. Thank you Hexagon and everyone involved during this difficult time. You still took care of my family ❤️❤️

There were 4 splits in pipes in an unfinished attic, after a historic freeze, and a team of 3 people headed by I.D. fixed them in less than 2 hours. Later, a faucet filter got clogged with debris, and it was fixed in 10 minutes by Darwin. He also checked the attic plumbing again to be sure no more leaks had appeared. All of them were very focused on their work, with no wasted time, and they gave information and answered questions thoroughly and kindly. It was great, and I strongly recommend Turbo.

I beg to politely, yet vehemently, disagree with the other reviewer. Jason is a simply stellar, and gifted, plumber, and JRS Plumbing is a reputable concern, which has fixed many of our home's serious plumbing, gas, and appliance, problems. Jason is the type of plumber that goes above, and beyond, for his worried customers and he goes out of his way to put their minds at ease with his awesome repairs. He updated our home's old, galvanized, piping with advanced PEX water line, which only the premiere plumber today has knowledge and expertise at assembling. He notified us of a gas problem, for our safety, quickly and diligently located the trouble area, and immediately repaired it. He purged our home of air in the gas lines, assembled a gas valve for us to convert to far more economical gas stove, from old and costly electric range, and he also installed a dishwasher with uncanny, inherent, knack, and professionalism. He got both of our water heaters running and functioning again, and he has also changed out dated bath/shower water valves, to update them, and he can do shower heads, faceplates, and faucets, as well. He knows drainage issues, piping, gas, faucets, and he can stealthily update dated water piping as well. He regularly assists home owners, renters, landlords, real estate agents, as well as home buyers, and sellers, just as well. And not only is he a simply awesome plumber, that can handle any and all plumbing repairs, he's a great friend, with a big heart, as well as a family man, that genuinely cares about his customers, as well. Jason intuitively comprehends the stress and anxiety that plumbing problems can wage upon the average family, and even the regular customer, so when he repairs he doesn't skip, or leave out, any of your plumbing issues. He will tackle them all, if you, the customer, remember to simply explain what they are.

Isaias Martinez was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He explained the possible cause of our issue. In addition, he found another concern which required immediate attention. Thanks to him we learned our hot water heater is rusting through and needed to be replaced. This find saved us thousands, which would have cost more if he had not checked the water heater. My husband and I are beyond pleased with the service we received the past two days from Plumb Right. From the first phone call and immediate scheduling to signing the paperwork, this was truly a positive experience. We needed a procedure done to our master jacuzzi tub (new overflow and bottom drain) and our service technician, Frank, was honest with us up front about pricing and then very efficient with his work. Their prices are very reasonable for the area and they are very informative and happy to answer any questions you have beforehand. I would NEVER recommend this company. They replaced a hose bib and pipe leading to faucet on Sat. (2/13) before the storm. They charged well above the average cost for this repair but knew the storm was coming and needed it fixed. The same pipe busted on Tues. so we waited 5days w/ No water for them to come see their work. They would NOT take responsibility for the same pipe they just put in and wanted another $500 to replace the same 6” pipe. We had another plumber come and fix for far LESS and gave us a guarantee for their work. They are just out to gouge homeowners!! Beware!!
