Acacias Plumbing is Highly Ethical, skilled, knowledgeable, trustworthy, family-oriented, and goes beyond the scope of its duty. I HAVE NEVER SEEN A PLUMBING COMPANY IN MY LIFE LIKE THIS TEAM!! We purchased a home in a gated neighborhood almost a year ago. We had major plumbing work and had four companies give us outrageous quotes without understanding the scope. Other plumbing companies were fired for make-up work to pocket the money or never pull a City inspection. We were living in a nightmare world!We came across Acacias Plumbing through our patio contractor. Acacias Plumbing worked on redoing our plumbing system on 3 ½ bathrooms, new patio, kitchen, and every location where we had water issues. They even fixed other plumbers' mistakes. Acacias Plumbing ensured everything was inspected and waited for the inspector for any question that needed to be addressed.Acacias Plumbing saves you money by fixing things right the first time and never replacing items that don't need to be replaced. They find new issues, such as a cracked wall or fixture breaking; they tell you when it is practical and give you clear information. We found it very helpful since our bathrooms were gutted. They checked the damage done by demolition and even helped to fix bad work. Unscrupulous plumbers may give you a lowball quote and then surprise you with extra fees saying they had to do more work than what was agreed on. It happened to us.Acacias Plumbing respects your time and your home. They don't say they will arrive at 10 AM and show up closer to noon. During this trying time for many Houstonians I was lucky enough to get an appointment scheduled after discovering my pipes froze and burst. I wasn't sure what to expect for total damages but the lead guy Leonard was excellent! He explained everything that was going on and what they would need to do to fix everything.The team even went above and beyond what was needed after discovering the shoddy job the original builders did with not having separate shutoff for the sprinkler system that also burst. They installed a separate shutoff for sprinkler system while fixing the main water pipe that burst.They also probably saved me a lot of time telling me if I could find 2 other parts that were needed to fix other issues I was having to get them and what the part numbers were and sizes i needed. Luckily I was able to find both and will definitely contact them as soon as they come in.Finally came the price that i was really worried about. Thankfully the price they charged for everything was in my mind very reasonable considering the repairs and knowing a typical DYI person wasn't going to be able to fix these. I am sure during these challenging times they could have charged a lot more and gotten away with it but they didn't. I have saved their information and will use them for any work i have in the future including my rental property.Thanks again for helping get my water back on! You guys are great!

Do not count on them to do what they say. They Haven't one time made it to an appointment they scheduled continued to be lied to day after day. Do not. Do not use this company our headache continues as I am writing this review. Still after 3 days waiting on a manager or supervisor or somebody who actually gives a #%$@ to call us back. If you wish to hv the job done right and feel like your a valued customer do not use Turbo home service'sAnd then you get the cookie cutter response on the review. Please contact our office to resolve issue. I've literally contacted the office everyday.6 days in a row

I’ll preface this by saying, I was not actually able to get work completed by this company despite multiple attempts. Their workmanship may be excellent- I cannot rate them on that. My review is based on my experience trying to get a technician to my house and communicating with the company. I welcome a response if I have misrepresented anything.I contacted Turbo because I needed both a plumber and an electrician to install a new garbage disposal (current one is hard wired, new one requires an outlet). When I called I confirmed that they could do both at the same time. I then paid an up-front $89 service fee just to schedule (red flag, I know). Scheduled for the following Thursday (Jan 26) arrival between 10am and 1pm. They then asked for pictures of the work which I was happy to send and even agreed to have a technician call me to give me a rough verbal estimate. All fine. I stayed home from work on Thursday and when I had no calls and no one at my house after 1pm I called the office. They were apologetic, running behind, etc. In the process of rescheduling, they became concerned about the job and the garbage disposal I had to install - apparently they did not review the job description or the photos I sent. I appreciate the due diligence, but we were talking about this after I expected the job to be completed. They then asked me to text pictures and further information about the job which I did immediately to radio silence.I waited until the following Monday (Jan 30) and followed up - I actually was interested in simplifying the job, doing what they suggested, etc. I asked to give me a call. At 9am “Yes, I’m in a meeting, will call you after.” It’s 8:30pm and I haven’t heard anything. I called at 5pm to request my service fee be refunded which I understand takes a few days to process.In the back of my mind a tiny piece of me wonders if this is a scam? But it seems so elaborate for just $89. The no call/no show, promising to communicate and not, up front payment, etc. just feels fishy.Again, I welcome the company’s response if I have misrepresented what happened. I, unfortunately, cannot provide a review on their work. This was a frustrating process for me as I work full-time and have two small children and was just trying to get something fixed.

Very good service!

We had a large job (replace dishwasher, faucet, garbage disposal plus unrelated clogged drain). Responded very quickly, did the job for a reasonable price, finished the job on schedule, and cleaned up afterwards. Very professional and we were very happy with the work! We would definately call HDZ Plumbing and Drain in the future.

I contacted Turbo about a leak in my shower and I am very pleased with their responsiveness and work done. The plumbers did a great job and are nice, serious.

This is our first time using this company and pleased with the services and professionalism of Armando. He kept us informed of his arrival and the entire time, he complied with facial mask and clean the work area before leaving. Very please with service. Will keep his contact for future reference. We have used other plumber but they were not consistent.

Great and timely service. Came out the day after Christmas to repair our broken pipe that froze. Got us up and running in no time. Will definitely use in the future for any plumbing needs!
