GEI Plumbing Services of Houston team helped us replace our drains about a year ago. Recently we were worried that perhaps we were having some drain issues again and called GEI Plumbing Services of Houston. They responded within the day and got a plumber out immediately to help us investigate the issue. It ended up being nothing and everything was resolved. What I was the most impressed with was GEI Plumbing Services of Houston’s great customer service - promptly responding and sending out someone to look into our concerns. Ac went out due to faulty breaker inside. Micheal came to diagnose the issue and found out our outside breaker box was wired out of code. The wires inside melted due to the faulty wiring and could of burnt the house down. Thankful they found it and fixed everything fast and professionally! Anthony came out the next day and put in a brand new breaker panel. Fixed our outside outlets as well since they weren’t gfi and explained everything in detailed. So happy with the professionalism and quality of work they did! I will definitely be using Abacus for all my home fixes. They went above and beyond to fix the problem and got my ac back up running. It’s true if you want it done right then go with them! Picture below is the new panel installed.

I had a broken pipe and my previous plumber kept delaying my service date. Houston Plumbing Services was able to help me the next day. The technicians were punctual, thorough and did a great job. My neighbor called the day they were coming to my job and they went to help her immediately after finishing my work. I can't say enough about how good they were. I will definitely use them again.

Most knowledgeable and efficient plumbers ever! Everyone from Jackie & Melissa who answered my call, to Andy making a quick repair, to Eric who estimated an entire re pipe of my Heights Bungalo, to Micah and Jacob who did a superb job on my repipe! These are my go to people for anything plumbing! I’m sure I will be seeing their trucks on my street for all my neighbors. Special shout out to Micah and Jacob who did my repipe, had excellent communication with me throughout the job, left under my pier and beam home cleaner than they found it and where respectful to my home & my pets.

With the winter freeze that just happened, it has been so hard to get anything repaired, but OneCall really stepped in and managed to squeeze us in their filled schedule. We got a next-day appointment and now everything is fixed! We especially have technician Marvin to thank. He came and finished the job so quickly, he even gave us some extremely helpful tips for things that don't necessarily need repairing, just some sprucing up. Since he left, we are so relieved and confident that he did an amazing job fixing everything! This was definitely the most pleasant and stress-free repair experience we've had.

It's great place!

Had to shut off water to the house during the first day of the storm. Called Perot and spoke with the owner. Was told he could get out 2 days later. Tried calling him numerous times to confirm the schedule without success. When I did get ahold of him- by luck- on the afternoon of the day we were scheduled for service, he knew absolutely nothing about my call, said he would ‘try to handle the local people’, estimated his response at ‘maybe another two days’ and was plainly overwhelmed. While I appreciate the unique difficulties of the situation, Perot led us to believe that we could rely upon them when plainly they had not even scheduled our call. We would have made other arrangements with a company that books and calendars its calls for service and has the capacity to provide updates.

They got the job done in tidy and timely manner. The servicemen were very professional and knew what they were doing. Will definitely use them again!
