I called on a Saturday and the fee was double the price so I opted out and waited for Monday. Gave me a three hour window so I made sure I was here for it. The person gets here in an unmarked vehicle and at first I think it’s an actual plumbers apprentice or something because he look completely unprofessional with no name tag, uniform and couldn’t of been older than 21. To make a long story short he had absolutely no idea what he was doing nor did he know where to start. Took the pressure for our water lines for a solid hour and a half. He knocks on the door and says that they’ll be sending somebody today. I’m like what? They’re going to be sending somebody? He says yeah someone will be coming out today I’m like OK? Is there a time? I’ll text you as his response. He leaves and I get a phone call at 5:30 from a call center asking to reschedule for tomorrow as the problem was too complicated for him. I reluctantly rescheduled for the following morning. They give me a two hour window and a half into that two hour window I get no tax or anything so I’m thinking they’re about to no-show me. I called and tax and both people say they’re going to contact a plumber and have them reach out to me. One hour later there was no response so I cancel my appointment. Terrible experience and wasted my time for two days.

Alfredo and Josh were very professional, responsive and quick! My water heater went out and they were on site the next morning providing a quick estimate and were able to complete the work same day! Mark was extremely courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and most helpful. Our visit involved checking my dishwasher and possibly installing a touchless faucet. Mark's knowledge and explanation for both concerns was great. Very pleased with Mark, I would recommend Abacus based on this visit!

DYZ Plumbing provided excellent service, They responded to my request within a couple of hours. Yence (not sure of the spelling), the plumber, was outstanding. He explained everything he was doing to check on the old garbage disposal, and install the new one. Highly recommend this company. Thank you, Yence!!!

Alex Zelaya was wonderful. Replaced my air handler after it was struck by lightning. It's not pushing air like my old unit and Alex came back today and spent almost 4 hours checking everything after another person came in and said they were only here to look, not to fix anything and i would have to call the company back to get them to send someone else. Alex was professional and courteous. I hope if I need service in the future, he is the technician that gets sent to me.

I give One Call Houston 5 stars...they have been Awesome. I had a contractor come in and redo my guest bathroom and he created a MAJOR water leak and in more places than one, he even caused me to have foundation problems. I then called One call the most wonderful young lady answered the phone and she was able to hear the panic in my voice Brandy had such an calm voice that she was able to calm me down. Bobby came over that same day and checked it out and figured out what was going on. Lance, Henry and Josh have come out helped not only fix the main reasons for the call but they uncoverd issues that were caused by that same contractor and they even installed a new water heater.. Derek arrived w/i minutes of start of appointment time. I explained problem & he was able to diagnose the problem & explained my repair options. Very knowledgeable and experienced with a personality that made for a pleasant visit.

We were experiencing electrical issues and reached out to John Moore Services and scheduled an electrician to inspect our set up. Mr. Jedd Johnson was dispatched and arrived on time as promised. He very quickly identified our issues and explained what was causing our problems and the safety risks that we had in a clear and professional manor. He outlined why we were having the problems and made recommendations on what repairs were needed to return our electrical service back up to code and SAFE operations. Mr. Johnson completed the work and again explained why it was necessary. We are very pleased with the work and greatly appreciated the time that Mr. Johnson took to ensure that we understood what and why the repairs were required. He was a true professional. This was our first experience with John Moore Services and we couldn't be more pleased with the professional work that was conducted. Needless to say, I highly recommend John Moore Services' electrical department. Thank you Jedd, it was a real pleasure to meet you and thanks for making our home safe again.

My AC went out in June, and if you've been in Houston for any summer you know it gets hot in June. I called all around when my ac went out and Turbo was the only one that could do a same day service call. Well it was more than a service call needed as my HVAC was 18 years old! That next day a new unit was installed. Then on Sunday a frw adjustments were needed and Christian (lead tech) came out; on a Sunday! If you need help right away don't waste calling around!

Mike and his team replaced a hot water heater in my two story Energy Corridor which has a unique floor plan. The attic isn't very tall while my HVAC lines made maneuvering in the attic very difficult. He traced a missing TP line which other plumbers could not find. We have hot water now and passed city inspection. Thank you 24/7!

We used Pickett Plumbing/Malek Electrical to install a whole house generator. The salesman was great and helped us with some issues we had with the office staff when scheduling. The installation teams were professional and keep us apprised throughout the day.
