Service is absolutely horrible. They take hour upon hours to respond. Called in at 10:06am and it's now 10:46pm still have not come out and now I have sewer backing up into 4 buildings. This is ridiculous

A complete replacement of an old unit. The removal, and install process was seamless and professional. So impressed by the technicians knowledge, attentiveness, and professionalism. So glad we went with Mission Air, who performed beyond expectation on a detailed and complex install.

One Call Houston has been the sole providers of a/c and plumbing service for our family for more than ten years. Over that period the techs and office staff have all earned five stars.Edgar, the owner, that you need to get to know is a hands on owner that is rare in the business. He will walk you through what his experienced techs are doing in a way that leaves you knowing more about the service than other companies do.In the ten years I have yet to register a negative complaint. I was very impressed with the level of service I received from YB Plumbing Services. The plumber who came to my house was courteous and knowledgeable, and he took the time to explain the problem and the solution. The price was reasonable, and I would recommend this company to anyone.

I pay a monthly premium for VIP service. Today, Saturday, I attempted to use this service and was told that the soonest they could accommodate me was Monday. This is not VIP service, and I am upset.

Alot of contract work in the past 3 months on our home and of all the companies helping us out these guys were above and beyond in terms of customer service. Same day service for both instances and when they gave me a time they were there on time. Was starting to think customer service wasn't a priority anymore in today's world but these guys proved me wrong.

Mrs. Angela was very detailed about the property that she oversaw. She was extremely transparent about the the things that needed to be updated. I would recommend her property company to anybody who have any type of privately owned property that needs to be managed. She is the REAL Deal! Not only is she a great manager she is also good at getting any maintenance problems solved ASAP! This property management company has nothing to do with her very successful, black owned, female owned plumbing company.

I love Jeremy, the tech who performed our service, and he was very professional, but I'm not going to use this company again. I had a warranty job, labor only. It took Jeremy about 15 minutes to diagnose and repair my unit. The labor charge was almost $300 including the diagnostic fee. That's close to $1200 per hour for a simple repair. Air Tech robbed me. I'll use someone else next time and pay for parts. It will probably be cheaper, but even if it's not, I'll know that I'm not lining the pockets of Air Tech. Boo.

Horrible customer service from both Ronnie and Kristine Fox. I called to check the status of a maintenance request for one of our properties. The tenant had stated she had not received a service call and needed service. Kristine was very rude when I asked her to confirm the contact number for the tenant. This is a reasonable request when the tenant states they haven't received a call for a maintenance request that was submitted over a week ago. Instead of resolving the issue Ronnie would rather cancel service than get to the bottom of why the service tech and the tenant did not connect.I have been in the business over seventeen years and a service company like this should be avoided. There are allot of good service companies out there and I recommend finding one of them like I was able to do within an hour of speaking to Ronnie.
