Doug, was punctual, professional, very knowledgeable, friendly and a pleasure to work with. He solved our tankless water problem and gave us other advise as to how to avoid problems in the future. Abacus came out the Monday right after the 2022 Christmas freeze. My issue was not freeze related but, of course, they were inundated with calls that were. Seth Tyler was very professional in his evaluation, explanation, and manner of repair. This included fielding numerous questions about the situation. I appreciate his dedication in what was sure to be a very long day ahead. He made the repair in unrushed fashion and had us back in good shape in just a couple of hours. Thanks Seth and Abacus!

Robert and Co were amazing. I reached out on a referral and was so glad I did. They are very busy so Robert quoted me a whole house repipe based on a text I sent him and then charged me less. He was so easy to work with that I started wondering whether he would show up but there they were first thing Monday morning with three vans. The team worked very long hours sometimes in the mud and rain to minimize the impact on us. They even worked around us avoiding shutting off the water the first several days and then turning it back on at night after making connections on the others. Please text Robert and you will be entirely satisfied with their professionalism, quality, honesty and value. Their motto is ‘why pay more’ and I totally agree.

I bought an apartment on sale, obviously it had several problems, the one that stood out the most was the low level of electricity and humidity, so I decided to search for a company that could solve both plumbing and electrical problems, I didn't have to look much, well This company is located near my area, I called the number that appeared on google and asked for a visit for the following week, when the day came Kevin came very punctually, a very friendly and trained tech, it turns out that there was a broken pipe that generated humidity in the wall and also in the electrical system generating a short and for that reason the energy level was so low, although it was a long job I consider that Kevin was as efficient as possible, this meant that he did not have to come back the next day to continue the work, I fully recommend the company, they considered my needs and knew how to solve them completely.

They were courteous and prompt professional , I would recommend to everyone.Job well done my toilet handle was broken and toilet was leaking all over the floor and these guys were able to handle the repairs.

I hired this company to fix some plumbing at my residence and during the process of them fixing the problem they ended up breaking my dishwasher door, when asked about it. They lied like they never touched the dishwasher which was very confusing because they had to remove the dishwasher to fix the plumbing problem. Im In disbelief because my dishwasher worked perfectly before they started any work. They are very unprofessional and I would not recommend them to my worst enemy
