Nick’s Plumbing was professional all the way. We have an old house and along with it comes old house plumbing problems. Eric showed professionalism and great knowledge and persistence to resolve our plumbing issue. For a minute we thought it would be a bigger issue which means more $$ down the drain but Nicks came through and quickly. We had a huge party set up for the weekend and our plumbing was able to handle all the usage after all their trouble shooting. Will definitely be using Nicks again and big shout out to Eric for his determination.

I called bluefrog late Saturday evening regarding a very smelly toilet and got an appointment Monday morning! Chris was the technician who worked with us and he was on time, friendly, polite, and very knowledgeable!Chris took the time to check our toilet, tank, under-sink pipes, and also the shower as well, and let us know the reason for the smell. He also gave us some tips so that this issue wouldn't happen again and did not charge for the service since he considered it a small issue.We are very thankful for Chris and will be using bluefrog for any future plumbing issues we have!

The name of the plumber sent to my home was James. My hot water heater had been off for a week. James was able to diagnose my problem quickly, and in a professional manner.

`On Monday August 1, 2022 Jason Wells came to do my yearly inspection. He was very professional. I must say this was the best inspection I have had. He took over 2.5 hours. Jason took pictures of everything and sent me the pictures in a report.Jason explained what he was doing and why.He left everything very clean. I could not even tell where he had drained the hot water heater/I will always request Jason.

DYZ Plumbing provided excellent service, They responded to my request within a couple of hours. Yence (not sure of the spelling), the plumber, was outstanding. And they took care of another issue I had at no extra charge. They are going to be my go to plumber and will request them through my home warranty for future plumbing issues.

Dishonest pricing. Called on phone to get price to snake a line. Was given the minimum charge, got a bill for twice that and owner refused to remove charges. Incompetent office staff and dishonest pricing.
