It was a pleasure of working with GEI Plumbing services to repair a gas leak in my home. I was extremely impressed with their speed of service and dedication to making sure that the job was done right. They were courteous, professional, and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Bluefrog was the second plumber I called in for a badly clogged kitchen sink. After 2 hours of trying to unclog, the first plumber told me that the line was probably broken and he needed to run a camera line in to determine where the break was - $$$$. I called bluefrog for a second opinion and their plumber had it cleared and draining perfectly in short order using a water pressure machine for a fraction of the previous estimate! He was friendly, personable and highly professional to boot! Highly recommend!

Arrived on time, quick, knowledgeable, though pricy service. They charge a modest $45 fee due to fuel cost increase. They sent Yanis (a Master plumber) to evaluate and replace a broken leaking plastic ball valve and replace and relocate an improperly located pressure reduction valve in one visit. Yanis showed considerable knowledge and spent time explaining the repair and best practices. Whole job cost $1080 and took about 2 hours. Did a great job cleaning up too. Of the 2 hrs, waited 30 minutes for someone to drop off parts.Edit: Price was actually on the high side after researching parts installed. Parts was about $200 so paid about $350-400/hr for labor but Yanis was knowledgeable.

Yesterday and today Rene was fantastic. Informative, timely, and very gracious. He fixed our AC on one of the hottest days of the year faster than we expected and took care of our family well. He took care of everything very quickly and professionally and we will definitely be coming back to this company and requesting Rene specifically for any future work we need done. Thank you!

We used Pickett Plumbing for a few years but our last experience with them totally changed our opinion of them. We encountered terrible customer service and they were outrageously expensive! To install a simple kitchen sink faucet and a wet bar faucet they wanted $1000 ($495 each), and that’s on top of that a $69.95 charge just to come out! We decided to use another plumbing company instead and paid less than $250 for both faucets, with no extra charge for showing up! They did a fantastic job too!Should you decide to call Pickett, just be sure to ask lots of questions about their charges for coming out as well as their prices for services BEFORE you actually book an appointment! Also be sure to tell them that you want an EXPERIENCED plumber who is knowledgeable in fixing residential plumbing (as opposed to commercial plumbing) and is also familiar with Pickett’s prices for the services he’s expected to complete. Mike Dayter is an excellent plumber!! He was very thorough, honest, professional, and patient with all of my questions. Having trust and confidence in the ability of a company to handle all of your plumbing problems is extremely important!! I had a previous good experience with another company, but they were too expensive. This company is extremely fair with their prices and have great employees as well! I was also very impressed with Heather, with whom I spoke with to set up my appointment. I'm definitely going to have 24/7 plumbing to do my repairs. This company is very fortunate to have Mike as their employee!!

Had a new HVAC system installed this past weekend by Pickett Home Services. Customer Service & Communication was amazing through the entire process! Very attentive & throughly explained the entire process & cost to us. Insanely quick turn around time, from the time our system went out to getting the new system all in less than a week.
