Had my a/c unit leaking in my attic into my foyer. They came same day that I called and quickly resolved the issue. They are professionals!

This is the second time I have used/contacted DYZ Plumbing. Everything about the company was professional, from the phone calls to the emails to the in person repair visit. They are courteous and respectful of my time and my home. (Things that a lot of other businesses could learn from them…)The master plumber, who came with a fellow plumber, was top notch. Not only did they bring uninstall the perfect new kitchen faucet, but before they did that, they replaced the old sink valves, which to my surprise were leaking under the cabinet. It could have been a catastrophe!Their professionalism and commitment to doing the full job and taking care of clients is a testament to this business and a relief for customers like me.They have my loyalty and I thank them for a job very well done!

Carlos was awesome! He was very professional and knowledgeable about my Air conditioning issues. He took the time to explain what was going on and what needed to be repaired. He even took pictures to show me what me what wasnt working properly with my Air conditioning unit. He sent out excellent techs to do the work. He explained to me how my warranty works and showed me how to look it up. He also worked with me on the pricing. I had just major Air conditioning repair in May with another company. Carlos negotiated a lower price for the repair. I was very happy with the service and will be using them again for yearly maintenance. Thanks Carlos.

they say 24 hours, but when we called they said they would have a technician call us - no call back after an hour. We called again only to be told you are not on the schedule. They did not offer any future appointments. I guess you are supposed to know when your AC will break so you can schedule it.

Brent showed up on time, assessed the situation and showed me the photos to confirm what he was saying. The price for coming out was as stated and he did a great job. He covered his shoes with footies so as not to get dirt on the floor, was polite, knowledgeable and Professional.

Angel did a great job hydro jetting my kitchen drain. He cleared the block that another plumber couldn't when he tried a snake. Angel was on time and efficient.

I’ll preface this by saying, I was not actually able to get work completed by this company despite multiple attempts. Their workmanship may be excellent- I cannot rate them on that. My review is based on my experience trying to get a technician to my house and communicating with the company. I welcome a response if I have misrepresented anything.I contacted Turbo because I needed both a plumber and an electrician to install a new garbage disposal (current one is hard wired, new one requires an outlet). When I called I confirmed that they could do both at the same time. I then paid an up-front $89 service fee just to schedule (red flag, I know). Scheduled for the following Thursday (Jan 26) arrival between 10am and 1pm. They then asked for pictures of the work which I was happy to send and even agreed to have a technician call me to give me a rough verbal estimate. All fine. I stayed home from work on Thursday and when I had no calls and no one at my house after 1pm I called the office. They were apologetic, running behind, etc. In the process of rescheduling, they became concerned about the job and the garbage disposal I had to install - apparently they did not review the job description or the photos I sent. I appreciate the due diligence, but we were talking about this after I expected the job to be completed. They then asked me to text pictures and further information about the job which I did immediately to radio silence.I waited until the following Monday (Jan 30) and followed up - I actually was interested in simplifying the job, doing what they suggested, etc. I asked to give me a call. At 9am “Yes, I’m in a meeting, will call you after.” It’s 8:30pm and I haven’t heard anything. I called at 5pm to request my service fee be refunded which I understand takes a few days to process.In the back of my mind a tiny piece of me wonders if this is a scam? But it seems so elaborate for just $89. The no call/no show, promising to communicate and not, up front payment, etc. just feels fishy.Again, I welcome the company’s response if I have misrepresented what happened. I, unfortunately, cannot provide a review on their work. This was a frustrating process for me as I work full-time and have two small children and was just trying to get something fixed.

They have an excellent team of technicians, they are also just a few minutes from my neighborhood, they also attended to the heating repair in a short time

They answered the phone late at night and fit me in when I needed them. I am very appreciative to them for their help. Thank you so much for helping our family survive this Texas heat.

Mike Dayter is an excellent plumber!! He was very thorough, honest, professional, and patient with all of my questions. Having trust and confidence in the ability of a company to handle all of your plumbing problems is extremely important!! I had a previous good experience with another company, but they were too expensive. This company is extremely fair with their prices and have great employees as well! I was also very impressed with Heather, with whom I spoke with to set up my appointment. I'm definitely going to have 24/7 plumbing to do my repairs. This company is very fortunate to have Mike as their employee!!

Will has taken care of big and small plumbing issues in my home. He made sure everything was done correctly. I have no worries about the quality of the work Will has done for me.

Horrible customer service from both Ronnie and Kristine Fox. I called to check the status of a maintenance request for one of our properties. The tenant had stated she had not received a service call and needed service. Kristine was very rude when I asked her to confirm the contact number for the tenant. This is a reasonable request when the tenant states they haven't received a call for a maintenance request that was submitted over a week ago. Instead of resolving the issue Ronnie would rather cancel service than get to the bottom of why the service tech and the tenant did not connect.I have been in the business over seventeen years and a service company like this should be avoided. There are allot of good service companies out there and I recommend finding one of them like I was able to do within an hour of speaking to Ronnie.

Dishonest pricing. Called on phone to get price to snake a line. Was given the minimum charge, got a bill for twice that and owner refused to remove charges. Incompetent office staff and dishonest pricing.
