This company is only after making money from customers. Poor diagnosis of problem, took money without explaining real problem with a promise to fix it later. I followed up but no response. Worst company who duped customers when the customers are desperate for assistance - I didn’t have water for two days ! Please don’t use this company.Sir - I called you and texted you repeatedly to come again and fix the issue as you had mentioned that I need to call you back to follow-up. You didn't respond to my emails, texts, and calls. You just want to take my money and not provide any service.Another plumber came today morning and fixed the issue in 30 minutes and didn't give any excuses like you do. You are very unprofessional and just out there to charge customers without providing any service - you can't even do your basic job to correctly diagnose the problem and fix it.Worst company to hire!

Great service! Worked with me on my schedule and were even able to arrive early to accommodate me. Provided a quick estimate and did not charge a service fee - I will be using them again in the future!

Had sinks backing up due to AC drain pipes being clogged & the tech came out & did a good job & it took him a couple of hours. Cost a lot but he did a good job. Same issue at my parents house & a different tech came out & was not very friendly, did less than 25 minutes of work & charged over $700. As soon he walked out the door, the tub next to the sink he just fixed started backing up & asked my mom if she poured water in there. He said that is a different issue. Called the customer service & still waiting to hear back from manager.Save your money & get someone else.

Arrived on time, quick, knowledgeable, though pricy service. They charge a modest $45 fee due to fuel cost increase. They sent Yanis (a Master plumber) to evaluate and replace a broken leaking plastic ball valve and replace and relocate an improperly located pressure reduction valve in one visit. Yanis showed considerable knowledge and spent time explaining the repair and best practices. Whole job cost $1080 and took about 2 hours. Did a great job cleaning up too. Of the 2 hrs, waited 30 minutes for someone to drop off parts.Edit: Price was actually on the high side after researching parts installed. Parts was about $200 so paid about $350-400/hr for labor but Yanis was knowledgeable.

Called Pickett to come and replace leaking gaskets on three of my toilet flush tanks. I needed this urgently because the house was being shown. The cost quoted to replace each leaking tank gasket was $317. I needed gaskets replaced on three toilets, the total being asked was around $830, apparently discounted price. With sticker shock, we called around and were able to get the work done by other licensed plumber for less than 1/3rd the price. Leak gone, all is well, saved from being ripped off and being taken advantage of. Wasted $69.99 for trip charges. Please watch out.

I originally called Turbo out for just an air conditioning evaluation, but Kenneth helped me understand how my system was running and what I was missing. He was very professional and personal. Kenneth helped me with a fast test to my system, and immediately noticed some ductwork issues I had missed. I had a last minute problem with the air conditioner of my office, so I called this company, fortunately they have 24/7 repair service and also the have a location near me and came very quick to resolve it, I really recommend this company.

Provided professional service from the quote through the A/C replacement. Jared and Johnson (the A/C installers) were very responsive to moving the temporary coolers for our comfort while he worked, gave us the option of working late at night or coming back early the next morning, and reran a leaky A/C vent line that was damaged and wasn't outputting cold air like the other vents.

Mike and his team replaced a hot water heater in my two story Energy Corridor which has a unique floor plan. The attic isn't very tall while my HVAC lines made maneuvering in the attic very difficult. He traced a missing TP line which other plumbers could not find. We have hot water now and passed city inspection. Thank you 24/7!
