Raul Buentello was awesome. I love working with Abacus. I only use them now. I tried using a smaller company and I was not happy with the results. I had to call abacus to fix their mistakes and they were actually cheaper than the smaller company.

DYZ Plumbing provided excellent service, They responded to my request within a couple of hours. Yence (not sure of the spelling), the plumber, was outstanding. He explained everything he was doing to check on the old garbage disposal, and install the new one. Highly recommend this company. Thank you, Yence!!!

UPDATED 6/11/21:DISCLAIMER: I have no affiliation with One Call Air other than as a customer.These days it is almost impossible to find reliable home support services: Water, heat/AC, plumbing, electric, etc. Everyone wants that magic master list of people they can count on time after time. One Call Air is on that list. I am a semi-retired professional photographer and have been involved in a major charity project for the Houston Sheriffs department. I had a shoot scheduled for a Thursday afternoon, but on Wednesday my Daikin split level unit stopped working, and this after many years of great service. Murphy's law, I guess. So I immediately contacted One Call Air, and that day, they had someone come by to troubleshoot the problem. As it turned out, I decided to replace the old system, but had very little time in which to do it. No problem. The next morning, Marvin [manager] showed up one of his crew and the work to install the new units was underway. I can't say enough about Marvin's professionalism, workmanship and attention to detail. After everything was installed, he even brought a bottle of Windex to wipe any traces of fingerprints off of the studio walls. He also made sure that the unit's head was in perfect alignment with the walls and spent time with me to make sure that everything was operating properly. This is what i call service. Most people are just looking for a quick buck and they're out the door forever. One Call Air is not one of them. They stand by their customers and you can always count on them to perform the services in an exemplary manner. They also provide professional suggestions and advice when necessary, and respond quickly when the aforementioned Murphy's Law kicks into high gear. I wish more companies operated like this one. On a final note, no company is perfect. Sometimes they make mistakes. Sometimes they let you down. All of them. But when push comes to shove, One Call Air is your first line of defense. I had a clogged bathroom sink faucet; a Kohler. Just a trickle of water was coming out. So I called a well known local plumbing business to fix the problem. When they arrived, they told me - without even bothering to investigate - that I needed a new internal component and that they would have to order it. Two weeks go by and still no component. So I went into their showroom where they tried to sell me a replacement for $700 - plus installation! So I called Edgar at One Call and he had Vance - one of his technicians - at my home the following day. After literally 3 minutes of work, he told me that there was debris in the valve and that needed to be cleaned. This took him about 30 seconds. He replaced the existing part and everything worked perfectly. The entire operation was 20 minutes long - not two weeks, a total run around, and a $2000 bill! You have to be very, very careful with contractors these days because they will absolutely gouge you if they can get away with it. The only reason i didn't call Edgar the first time was because I had forgotten that he also provided plumbing. In the past, I have used One Call for all of my air-conditioning needs. I would mention the name of the other company, but it's not my style to publicly bash a business. Just be careful. Thanks for the great work, guys!

This company is a rip off and the service that they provide is poor quality.. We had a bust water softener on the freeze and they charged us 450 to bypass the unit with just two 90 bends and a three inch price of pipe. It took less than 20 minutes to fix.. The water was installed by the same company less than two years ago. One of the filters was installed in the wrong direction and there was no bypass installed which would have saved me the 450 this time around. I feel like they are gouging customers who are in a difficult position just wanting their water back on asap...

Mike and his team replaced a hot water heater in my two story Energy Corridor which has a unique floor plan. The attic isn't very tall while my HVAC lines made maneuvering in the attic very difficult. He traced a missing TP line which other plumbers could not find. We have hot water now and passed city inspection. Thank you 24/7!

We used Pickett Plumbing/Malek Electrical to install a whole house generator. The salesman was great and helped us with some issues we had with the office staff when scheduling. The installation teams were professional and keep us apprised throughout the day.

Horrible customer service from both Ronnie and Kristine Fox. I called to check the status of a maintenance request for one of our properties. The tenant had stated she had not received a service call and needed service. Kristine was very rude when I asked her to confirm the contact number for the tenant. This is a reasonable request when the tenant states they haven't received a call for a maintenance request that was submitted over a week ago. Instead of resolving the issue Ronnie would rather cancel service than get to the bottom of why the service tech and the tenant did not connect.I have been in the business over seventeen years and a service company like this should be avoided. There are allot of good service companies out there and I recommend finding one of them like I was able to do within an hour of speaking to Ronnie.

Hired Vossler to plumb a large commercial swimming pool project. Once hired they added unqualified labor in order to bill extra hours. While in the middle of the project they changed their price sheet and would not honor their original pricing. During the project mistakes were made in the plumbing that caused catastrophic failure that ultimately caused damage to several really expensive pumps that had to be replaced. Vossler came our and fixed the mistakes then CHARGED ME for the repairs.......I refused to pay the bill, so they filed an illlegal lien on the property, by filing the lien over 30 days past the legal timeframe allowed by lying on the paperwork filed with the county. Sooooo, we were forced to pay the bill, and replace the damaged equipment. While going through all of this more plumbing mistakes have been found and we were forced to do the repairs ourselves until the lien was resolved. Now that it is resolved they have agreed to warranty their work, yet 3 more leaks have been found by the property owners, so we scheduled an appointment for the repairs, but they did not show up at all. 6 hours after the scheduled appointment we were sent an email stating a bunch of different excuses for each employee. I would NOT recommend Vossler Plumbing to anyone for anything.
