The technician, George, was very friendly and personable and clearly explained the problems we were experiencing with our under cabinet lighting fixtures and suggested a few different solutions to correct the problem. I needed plumbing services near my location, I found Turbo on google and luckily they responded quickly and sent a local plumber, Andrew, to my house, he installed a Galvanised Pipe replacementI think it is the best service in Houston related to plumbing, fast and effective.I highly recommend this service.

I have been calling turbo for years to carry out maintenance on my air conditioners and water heaters, I am a client because of the efficiency and economy of their work, I would never change them for anyone else.

Jesus installed my replacement smart thermostats quickly (and flawlessly) and took the timeto walk me through how to operate the system and the app. He also answered all my other A/C questions not related to the job. He really knows his stuff and goes above and beyond to make sure he has a completely satisfied customer. Highly recommend Turbo and Jesus in particular. Have been a customer for years and will continue to use Turbo for all my HVAC (and plumbing and electrical) needs.

We used Pickett Plumbing/Malek Electrical to install a whole house generator. The salesman was great and helped us with some issues we had with the office staff when scheduling. The installation teams were professional and keep us apprised throughout the day.

Horrible customer service from both Ronnie and Kristine Fox. I called to check the status of a maintenance request for one of our properties. The tenant had stated she had not received a service call and needed service. Kristine was very rude when I asked her to confirm the contact number for the tenant. This is a reasonable request when the tenant states they haven't received a call for a maintenance request that was submitted over a week ago. Instead of resolving the issue Ronnie would rather cancel service than get to the bottom of why the service tech and the tenant did not connect.I have been in the business over seventeen years and a service company like this should be avoided. There are allot of good service companies out there and I recommend finding one of them like I was able to do within an hour of speaking to Ronnie.

I called early morning to cancel, AS I WAS INSTRUCTED! The plumber, who I am not sure was licensed, showed up anyway. I explained the problem was fixed and I had canceled as I was instructed to do. The guy said well let me take a look. He was there less than 30 minutes and charged me $250. And he did not fix anything. I am outraged and hope this review will serve as a warning!!!!!!
