My friend needed a plumber urgently while I was visiting. I called Aaron's Plumbing after getting his phone number from a friend who used him a few times. I called and my first impression was that the guy was rude at the phone and he really made me feel I was disturbing him. He did not want me to send him the address and info by text, so he did not give me his phone number. I gave him my phone number, name, what was the problem by voice. We agreed on a time for him to come and check it out the next day.Finally the guy did not show up at all and did not call me to tell me so before, or after to apologize.I guess he did not need my work and made me loose my time.Don't use this company, they're unprofessional.

DYZ Plumbing provided excellent service, They responded to my request within a couple of hours. Yence (not sure of the spelling), the plumber, was outstanding. He explained everything he was doing to check on the old garbage disposal, and install the new one. Highly recommend this company. Thank you, Yence!!!

Very pleased with the service they provided. Had a radiator that had rusted and was leaking. Replacement ordered and fitted in less than a week and also their cost was genuine.

So I called Chris on a Thursday night with a busted water heater. He was able to come out Friday night to check out the problem (which, by the way, was a service call he did NOT charge me for, whereas all the other highly rated plumbers in the area wanted to charge me $75 just to come see what the problem was). He was immensely helpful while he was over, and when the decision was made to replace it with a new water heater, he was even nice enough to come install it on a Saturday morning. Furthermore, when it turned out that he only had a 50gal in stock to replace my 40gal, he still only charged me the price he quoted me for a 40gal replacement.The advent of the internet has facilitated an unprecedented access to price comparisons and things of that nature, but to anyone reading this: if you live anywhere near the Meyerland area, and you have need of a plumber, you would be an absolute fool not to use Perot Plumbing.

Just wanted to take a minute to express our sincere appreciation to Zach and the entire staff at Nettles Plumbing for their quick responsiveness and professionalism. We had a pipe rupture in our garage last night. we turned off the main valve and contacted them this morning to see about getting service. Zach (Owner) had a man out VERY promptly and made the necessary repairs and now we are back online... Cant say thank you enough to the entire staff. Will most defiantly being using them exclusively from now on and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing service of ANY kind.
