Literally A + customer service! I was blown away by the level of service. Everything from start to finish was flawless. I called Nick's Plumbing after receiving an initial bid to replace my drainage and sewage pipes from a competitor assigned by my homeowners's insurance plan. They (Ron) came out, assessed, offered an initial bid. MATCHED the first bid, and once the work began it was as if they were taking care of their own house. While there was a lot of work it was organized and clean communication to me as the homeowner was top notch and I knew what was going on during each phase of the project. Once the job was completed and after it was known that some of my grass would be destroyed on the lawn the grass was replaced he team came back after the job was completed and after I had left town to ensure that the new grass was watered. I would recommend this team to anyone!

My name is Melissa and I live in Southwest Houston. My Neighborhood was hit really hard by this last Freeze storm that hit Houston about 3 months ago. We were without water or power for 5 days in sub freezing weather. And when the water and power did come back on it was a disaster in my home. Water was every where. Cellings were collapsing all around us. So scary ?. Reached out to a few programs seeking help because frozen pipes was not covered under my home owners insurance. I was so in need of a miracle. A program called conectivetexas.gov sent me a Blessing.They sent out Houston Plumbing Services who volunteered their time with lots of love and care and great professionalism to help me get my water back on.They came out and treated me like I was a customer spending a million bucks, when in reality they did it all for free just because of the kindness in their hearts. They put down paper as to not mess up anything. They even kept it clean as they worked and each night before they would head out. They even put back as much of the drywall as they could that they had to cut away. They worked very hard and were very professional. Even in my hot house with no Air conditioning running due to the gapping holes in my ceilings looking right into the attic. And let me tell you it got extremely hot in here. But with great pride and joy they were happy to get it done to help out a fellow Houston whom really was relying on them. It is with great pleasure that I can truly say that they went above and beyond to help me. and got it done. They replaced all the pipes in my whole home. and did it with a smile ?. God sent me Great Blessing through Houston Plumbing Services. I'm so grateful. Thank you for everything that you do for us. A really committed company with awsum worker's. I don't even know how I would ever be able to pay this forward. Thank you for this awsum gift of compassion. Plumber solved my problem quickly but created another more complicated problem like water hummer. If you would like to fix your plumbing issues without bad consequences try another company.

This is the second time I have used/contacted DYZ Plumbing. Everything about the company was professional, from the phone calls to the emails to the in person repair visit. They are courteous and respectful of my time and my home. (Things that a lot of other businesses could learn from them…)The master plumber, who came with a fellow plumber, was top notch. Not only did they bring uninstall the perfect new kitchen faucet, but before they did that, they replaced the old sink valves, which to my surprise were leaking under the cabinet. It could have been a catastrophe!Their professionalism and commitment to doing the full job and taking care of clients is a testament to this business and a relief for customers like me.They have my loyalty and I thank them for a job very well done!

Called Pickett to come and replace leaking gaskets on three of my toilet flush tanks. I needed this urgently because the house was being shown. The cost quoted to replace each leaking tank gasket was $317. I needed gaskets replaced on three toilets, the total being asked was around $830, apparently discounted price. With sticker shock, we called around and were able to get the work done by other licensed plumber for less than 1/3rd the price. Leak gone, all is well, saved from being ripped off and being taken advantage of. Wasted $69.99 for trip charges. Please watch out.

My domestic 10 years historical water heater stopped working and so I referred to as this company for their service. They were speedy to get there carried out the analysis and determined out that the heating unit had burned out and wished replacement. The technician set up a new one and hot water restored.

Stated 24 hour service, and when I called on Sunday night, the person answering the phone was very rude with a lot of attitude. Don't understand why there are many 5 start ratings, but definitely 1 star or lower for this time. If you do not want to service on Sunday night, don't say you are a 24-hour service company.

They got the job done in tidy and timely manner. The servicemen were very professional and knew what they were doing. Will definitely use them again!

We've been dreading having a plumber come to our house. However, after Rigo (sp?) and his co-worker were done, I knew we could've called them sooner. They were courteous, clean, and very knowledgeable. They didn't try to up-sale us, were not outrageously expensive, did not make a huge mess, and most importantly, were able to fix our problem. After giving me the quote the job was done within 2 hours I was surprised to see how professional they are!!!this will be my company for all my plumbing needs.

We had outside draining problems Monday morning, I called and had a technician here in less than an hour, Junior explained what he was doing, and within 20 minutes he told me the problem and I received the price, and it was fixed, and much less than I'd been quoted by bigger named companies.Not to mention how personable and nice their staff isSun coast plumbing is now my go to company.
