M&M recently re-piped our entire house. They replaced a few fixtures and we had them install 2 new comfort height toilets. They did a great job for us. Crew always arrived on time and were extremely professional and courteous. When called for a few hiccups that arose, they were at the house within a few minutes after receiving the call. M&M is honest & fair. I highly recommend them.

This was the biggest con job I have ever experienced. This guy showed up in this huge truck with Pickett Plumbing all over it. He walks in and I tell him that I am getting some pretty loud noises that first happened when I flushed one toilet, then the other. Finally, my washer had overflowed. Why I called. But it had stopped the day before and I had read online that it could be a valve or one other issue. So we flush, turn on the washing machine, flush the other toilet, and it doesn't happen. He claims that he could hear knock. Baloney! You'd have to put a stethoscope to the wall to claim there was any sound! Then, when we get to the 2nd toilet, he rides it and starts jostling the tank. He says that I have a loose flapper. Anyone's flapper would've been loose after he jerked it around like that! So he says $300+ for the toilet flapper! I told him I could buy a new toilet for that rip-off price! Then he says I need a $500+ extension tank for the loud noises. I said I've lived her 23 years and never needed one. He said water pressure has changed across the years. Then, I was trying to find something reasonable for him to fix since I paid $70 sucker bucks for this con artist to come into my home, and say what would it cost to connect my refrigerator's water line? $300+ sucker bucks again. He said as long as I am here, want to see what a tankless water heater costs? $6,500 sucker bucks! I told him that you must be nuts and walked him to the door. He tried to give me advice and say if someone installs the water heater for less, don't let them con me by not replacing the gas line. I called my x, who had 2 water heaters to my 1, and he said his unit cost him $4K and the lines were improved! These people are con artists, who try to claim that they are picky plumbers. The only thing that they are trying to pick is your wallet! BUYER BEWARE. I ate the $70 and washed my hands when the idiot left.

I used Best Rates Plumbing Inc for faucet leak today. They stopped by my house 1 hour after and they detected the issue very quickly! Highly recommended to anyone :)

Thanks to him we learned our hot water heater is rusting through and needed to be replaced. This find saved us thousands, which would have cost more if he had not checked the water heater. I hardly ever leave reviews but I just had to rave about Pedro with Major League Plumbing, LLC. Like others, we had disastrous leaks and numerous issues from the Arctic Freeze in February, but thankfully, we found Pedro who was able to come in and help us out immediately! We did a repair that would hold us for a few weeks so others in dire need had a chance to get assistance. Today we finally replaced our galvanized pipes. Major League Plumbing did an outstanding job! They were very respectful and professional throughout the process. During a time of COVID and not allowing others in our home, we felt completely safe with MLP. The employees wore masks and were very clean for such a dirty job. MLP is efficient, has excellent customer-service, and extremely fair in pricing. I can assure you that Major League Plumbing is the only company I will call in the future. I would suggest this company to all of my friends and family in need.
