Technician Javier Murillo went above and beyond to explain the problem and suggest solutions. With a damaged non working water heater, Mr. Murillo diagnosed and fixed the issues within 3.5 hrs and this includes him going to pick up a part.

A handyman friend recently asked how old was my water heater. When I replied it was 21-22 years old, he advised that it was WAY past time to replace it. If left as is, there was a chance of leaks and subsequent water damage to the house. Fortunately, I was able to connect with a live person from Houston Plumbing Services who responded to my tale of sad neglect and within the week they delivered a new water heater and replaced the old one. Many thanks and kudos to the folks at Houston Plumbing for their timely and professional service! I promise not to wait another 20 years to replace this water heater.

Service is absolutely horrible. They take hour upon hours to respond. Called in at 10:06am and it's now 10:46pm still have not come out and now I have sewer backing up into 4 buildings. This is ridiculous

I actually started using Aaron's Plumbing about six years ago now. He's done many jobs over the years for all of the properties that I manage, including water leaks, faucet and toilet replacements, etc. For just about any general plumbing work inside and outside of the house that I've needed, his company has been there, on time and at a competitive price. I've also referred him to many people, as his work is that good.

Arrived on time, quick, knowledgeable, though pricy service. They charge a modest $45 fee due to fuel cost increase. They sent Yanis (a Master plumber) to evaluate and replace a broken leaking plastic ball valve and replace and relocate an improperly located pressure reduction valve in one visit. Yanis showed considerable knowledge and spent time explaining the repair and best practices. Whole job cost $1080 and took about 2 hours. Did a great job cleaning up too. Of the 2 hrs, waited 30 minutes for someone to drop off parts.Edit: Price was actually on the high side after researching parts installed. Parts was about $200 so paid about $350-400/hr for labor but Yanis was knowledgeable.

After the historic winter storm of February 2021, a pipe burst in one of our buildings at work-- and like many Texans, it was near impossible to find a plumber following the storm. VIP Plumbing was recommended to me by a friend, and I got in touch with Mr. Chip Spivey. Soon thereafter they came out and repaired the busted pipe (rather quickly), and we were back in business! We are so grateful that Chip and VIP came through for us during that situation, and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good plumber!

Had burst pipe and they fitted me in asap.called ahead and were very nice.ceiling fell and they clean mess.would have gave 5 stars but they quoted me at job of$180.00 to put strap on but they found another pipe stress they double price to put a second strap on.it was all easy access.thanku for coming but $185. Per hr was much to be here hour and half

I needed a tub handle replaced and it was under Choice Home Warranty, this was the company they used. Well, Mike the plumber told them it did not break due to wear and tear, so why else would it break??? The Choice warranty therefore did not cover repairs. They mailed me a plastic handle for me to replace. So I called Mike to please come and replace it since he collected the copay of $85. He did not have time and told me not to contact him again. Is that professional? I do not think so Mike, it was a simple job for you, I tried and it did not fit. Apparently there was something else wrong with it, but I guess Mike did not notice that. So choose someone else for your needs, like Rath Plumbing.

I have used This company many times, and it has always been a great service. I called to have my central heating system repaired on Wednesday, at noon. The plumber was there within three hours. They are highly recommended and I would definitely use them again.

We've been dreading having a plumber come to our house. However, after Rigo (sp?) and his co-worker were done, I knew we could've called them sooner. They were courteous, clean, and very knowledgeable. They didn't try to up-sale us, were not outrageously expensive, did not make a huge mess, and most importantly, were able to fix our problem. They even took video of what they did! I highly recommend them! If you have a plumbing problem you're apprehensive about having investigated, don't put it off another minute! Call Joe Nettles!
