Call John, pay more.. or however that jingle goes. The plumbing technician was so uneducated on how pipes were configured they ended up refunding my $49 fee. The technician also recommended hydrojet services for a kitchen sink clog at $350. I scheduled it for 4pm-8pm. I get a text at 8am saying the tech is on his way.After calling to tell them about this error, I asked if they would still honor my quote as I asked about in an email 3 days before the scheduled service. No one ever answered my question. They end up basically calling me a liar and said I didn't speak to a representative and informed me that they wouldn't honor the quote. The regular hydrojet price is $750. I considered it a sign to just decline their services.They are so unorganized that they still sent a tech at 4pm. The crazy part is it was the same incompetent tech that I specifically asked them not to send. Long story short, the next day I cleared the drain myself with my $20 auger from the local hardware store.

Had an outdated sewer line replaced and was happy with that project so we went ahead and had a gas line installed on the same project. Very happy now. Wife is happy. Great work no hassle economically priced great value for the quality of work. Will definitely use again.

My toilet kept backing up even after repairs. However when Lifetime Plumbing came on the scene everything changed. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it at record speed. They were not only professional but affordable too. I will recommend them to anyone or business needing plumbing issues resolved.

Very frustrating speaking with them. I asked for a simple request to email me the report and invoice when inspection was done. They went ahead and charged me the inspection fee 5 days ago and I have been calling everyday for them to email me the report along with invoice. Today I spoke with them she was very nice but when it came down to the report that was requested and already paid for they still have not sent stating that they already have sent. I have been checking me email every 30min waiting for the report. I cannot see how this company has over 4 stars in reviews....
