I thought I just had a clog issue but it was much deeper than that. Of course I wasn't happy when I heard what needed to be done and how much it would cost, but Patrick and Chris were so helpful and patient with me. The 5 yr warranty and financing, plus their professionalism set them apart from the company I had give me a second opinion. They will be my plumbing company for all of those big ticket items moving forward.

Halo repiped my whole house. I feel the price was fair and as far as I know, everything is great! Very nice people to work with. I'm happy to have a new plumbing company I can trust. Oh, Loren came out on a Sunday because I had a leak. I really appreciated it.

Wow! Ben and Junior came out this morning and fixed my sink. Someone I know installed it wrong and I had water everywhere. They came out within 24 hours of it happening and had it fixed in no time. The kept me informed as to when the would be here and they were absolutely on time. Seems like a small thing, but when you're working thats a big help. I 100% will be using them if I have plumbing problems elsewhere ever again. Thanks guys!

Michah & Curtis came out to do a video inspection of our sewer system on our 1965 house. They showed up precisely on time, clearly explained the process, and allowed me to watch as they worked the camera through the system. Any questions I had were immediately and thoroughly answered, and they provided a detailed written report when they were done. I'm thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and would highly recommend TDT Plumbing to anyone else who is looking to maintain or repair the sewer lines in their home..

Arrived on time, quick, knowledgeable, though pricy service. They charge a modest $45 fee due to fuel cost increase. They sent Yanis (a Master plumber) to evaluate and replace a broken leaking plastic ball valve and replace and relocate an improperly located pressure reduction valve in one visit. Yanis showed considerable knowledge and spent time explaining the repair and best practices. Whole job cost $1080 and took about 2 hours. Did a great job cleaning up too. Of the 2 hrs, waited 30 minutes for someone to drop off parts.Edit: Price was actually on the high side after researching parts installed. Parts was about $200 so paid about $350-400/hr for labor but Yanis was knowledgeable.

Never had an issue Today was no different, and frankly, is my experience with the Company from scheduling, arrival time, quality of work, respectful and professional attitudes from all. I have not used, nor will I use another. I am most definitely NOT a professional reviewer as I very seldom do leave them.In summary, Guy and Mitchell arrived right on time, went directly to the line, cleaned it out (100ft run), cleaned the work area after the task, package up the equipment, presented the bill, and were on their way. Ricky was here the same day we called and assessed our 16 year old A/C system as dead. He quoted a (currently) fair price to replace the entire system with commercial quality components - Outside unit, new coil, new furnace. He then scheduled our install for THE NEXT DAY (Saturday) at a 9am-11am window.Javier and Vladimir showed up at 8am, ready to beat the heat and get the job done. They left at 2:30pm. They were friendly, open, fast, clean, and thorough. They build a new plenum on site (the old unit didn't even have one), added dampers, and in general customized the installation for our house and made it far better than the builder installation we had.In short, we didn't want to have to spend the money, but the guys at Turbo made the rest of the process not only painless, but enjoyable. First class service and response. They will be my go to for any future A/C or plumbing calls!
