I was kept informed throughout. Due to illness within the company, my appointment was moved. The engineer was on time very polite & friendly. He even helped by fitting a new light bulb to a ceiling light which I had trouble with. Great service.

They arrived promptly and repaired a drain pipe in the crawl space under the house within an hour. The technicians were efficient and explained what they were doing with pictures they took under the house. Overall it was a very positive experience.

I had another company come out and quote me $4800 for a fix that All in the family took care of for 200.Thank you for being an honest company.

The plumber was nice and very professional. It is easy to feel uncomfortable when a stranger enters you home. My family was VERY comfortable with our plumber. A big part of that was all the communication I received from the company and the technician before he arrived. Including a picture of our plumber. I would definitely use this company again.

I called Santiago plumbing for a commercial job and they were awesome! Then during the hard freeze of February 2021 all my pipes froze and broke, even with all the people needing repairs at that time Santiago stepped up and got EVERYTHING repaired not on in my home but also at our church. WOW, these guys really came through for us! Brandon rocks and his prices are fair. Santiago Plumbing is my go to company for everything having to do with plumbing now. Needed my house repiped and got a quote from Abacus and Aaron's, and Aaron's was almost half the price of Abacus. After the job I see why it was so much cheaper. A two day job turned into a 5 day job because the first two days the crew kept having to leave to take care of some stuff and in the first two days they only worked about 3 hours. On the third day they got halfway through and then they ran out of connections and it was too late to go pick more up. Water had to stay off over the weekend (for a total of 4 days) and they didn't start work on Monday until almost 1pm and finished at 8pm. After they left I tested all my fixtures and they forgot to run pipe to my half bath, and my yard sprinkler system no longer works. It seems like people have had better experiences with this company but this is just extremely unprofessional work. I won't be using them again.

I never write any reviews but always see the reviews to do business. Now I feel a responsibility to share my experience with this business so other can have the benefit to make their choices. We called Perfection Plumbing company for a plumber to repair the water leakage. First, Nelson, the plumber tried to open the valve from inside the pantry to stop the main house water supply but it did not happen so, he closed the emergency valve from outside. But the way he twisted the inside valve to open a little water started dripping from there and we didn’t notice until the whole kitchen and dining sheetrock got wet and damaged which cost us to repair $9000. Not only that when he was fixing the upstairs bathroom he left the bathroom water running for three days. We were shutting down the water from outside and opened it only when we needed water for a drink and bath. We filled the tubs to use for the toilet. We complain about it but no use. Nelson fixed the leak but he broke the bathroom tiles to get access from there because he didn’t want repair from the outside which was already open. To repair the bathroom cost us $3000. It took two months to repair all this damage. When my tiles were up and we tried to run the Tub Spout that Nelson had installed during his repair did not work. I called Perfection company about it but he refused to come and look. He wanted us to make another work order. It was a super exhausting and dissatisfying experience. I found this company very unprofessional. They overcharge for everything. I will never use them and will never recommend them to my family and friends ever.

Arrived on time, quick, knowledgeable, though pricy service. They charge a modest $45 fee due to fuel cost increase. They sent Yanis (a Master plumber) to evaluate and replace a broken leaking plastic ball valve and replace and relocate an improperly located pressure reduction valve in one visit. Yanis showed considerable knowledge and spent time explaining the repair and best practices. Whole job cost $1080 and took about 2 hours. Did a great job cleaning up too. Of the 2 hrs, waited 30 minutes for someone to drop off parts.Edit: Price was actually on the high side after researching parts installed. Parts was about $200 so paid about $350-400/hr for labor but Yanis was knowledgeable.

This is for the second time that we’ve used One Call Houston. Very Satisfied.I called One Call Houston to installed kitchen faucet and at the same day we’re given an 4-8 pm window when they come out.The plumber – Rigo arrived and he was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Respectfully wearing paper shoes when entering our home was an extra plus.The kitchen faucet was replaced within a couple hours and the cost more than fair and reasonable.We hope, we will never need to use them again, but if we need a plumber, will definitely use these guys again. I highly recommend them and will certainly recommend the company to my neighbors and friends.

Customer service is outstanding. My service tech Matt was very responsive and quick with the work. The company seems very honest and trustworthy. I thought the work was priced reasonably. I will definitely use them in the future for my AC needs.

Because of plumbing issues related to the recent freeze I was in desperate need of plumbing services. I called this company on yesterday. They were too get me taken care of this morning. Two very professional technicians David and Jay very knowledgeable came in and identified my problem and took care of it. They were very pleasant to work with and patiently explained my problem and quoted me a very reasonable price before they started the job. I am so very grateful for them being able to come out so quickly. Thank you guys for your help. I recommend this company. Let me not forget they clean up any mess that's made doing the job.
