Best Water Main Repair in Honolulu HI
Keoni, a very pleasant young man who has done work amazing work for me before, installed a Koehler low flow toilet this morning. Came promptly at 8am. He used a wet vac to remove the remaining water then removed the old toilet carrying it out in heavy duty trash bags, so absolutely no drips or mess. He installed the new toilet and the job was finished in just slightly more than an hour.
To date Little Big has done 4 jobs for me, excellent work each time. I highly recommend their work and services!

Mahalo nui to Matthew and Maleko for their magic. Professional, expert skills and efficient teamwork. Thank you also to Corrine for the quick follow-up on scheduling. 535 Plumbing is a great team. No customer should need to pay half or anything upfront to proceed with a job. A business wouldint be in business if it wasnt for customers, you are earning every customers trust and business with every call you recieve daily. Be upfront and truthful. If any customer who pays for a service before the job is done or hasnt even started is senseless. 0 🌟 to this plumbing company and I wouldint recommend to anyone.

I’m extremely thankful and grateful for Maka’s honest and thorough assessment of my property’s water (leak) problems. If any of you have had HOA delays and no-replies, you understand how frustrating it is to be under these situations. In a pinch, Maka was able to make a clear, and factual report to turn in to the HOA complete with photos, video and sample moldy dry-wood :(He even returned the following day with no appointment (between other jobs) to seal up a leaking panel. What a relief to my already anxious condition.I hope and would recommend to use Steve’s Plumbing for any future problems. The office staff is sincere and took care of me during my dilemma.I truly do appreciate the job well done!*photo is not a brownie (yuck)

Martin and his team came out for a quote to take care of 3 issues in our house. I had already received quotes from 3 other plumbers and his quote was out of this world fair. Not only was Martin professional and on time, he gave recommendations to ensure the longevity of our current plumbing. This is the team you want if you're looking for a plumber!

Obviously customer focused, the young man took care of our problem and explained everything along the way. I would definitely use their services again (but I hope I don't need too!)

Have you ever called the Home Depot and tried to get assistance? Good luck on that, as I waited 20 minutes three different times, only to be told that I'll try to have someone in that department get back to you. I ordered blinds from the Home Depot at 421 Alakawa Street, and paid in advance for the installation. After waiting a week and not hearing back from anyone in the service department, I made several calls, spoke to the call center phone employee, who couldn't bring up the installation program in her computer and said she'd again relay the message to someone in the blind department. She went on to tell me that 20 minute waiting periods to speak to someone in the call center was routine, as there are very few call center employees, sometimes only one, and they are receiving 6-8 calls at the same time. The Home Depot doesn't understand customer service at all, and I don't recommend buying anything that they don't have right in front of you and that you can take home and install yourself. Forget about calling the Call Center. Go to Lowes!
