Awesome service and great company! Lewis arrived on time just as scheduled. We have been experiencing issues with continuous back up.
Lewis ran a camera in the main sewer pipe to ensure the line was in proper condition. He ended up finding a dip in the pipe at lateral connection which was causing the back ups. He sent us the video recording before leaving, and came back the next day with his crew to fix the damaged section of the pipe. The crew cleaned up and left our place spotless. It was a great experience, and I highly recommend this company!

We had an emergency plumbing issue and Zach gave us peace of mind explaining everything and walking us through the process. He came in the middle of the night and stayed the whole next day to make sure everything was completed. He did a really good job cleaning up as well. He had to dig a almost 3 foot hole in my front yard and you can’t even tell anything happened . He put all the grass back and even made sure to wash off the driveway.

I was remodeling my shower, and at the last minute, I needed a new plumber to replace the shower valves. I found Kama Hele Plumbing on Google Maps, and it had high reviews. Harry responded quickly and was so easy to work with. He even made the time to FaceTime, so he could walk me through a few questions I had. I called RayCo Plumbing (again) regarding a plumbing problem and as usual I experienced fast, courteous and highly professional service. I highly recommend RayCo Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. You will be pleased with their work along with warm and friendly service.

I booked these guys for kitchen faucet and drinking water filter installation and I had all the parts available for them. What can be simpler, right?
The guy showed up right at the end of the given 2-hour window and arrived in poorly maintained and dirty truck which kind of speaks for itself...
Though he promptly started to work but he was a little bit too talkative than you would expect from a professional that come for a particular service and not for to be your buddy. He also spoke on his phone on a non-related matters a few times and I believe that he should have been more focused on getting things done right rather than being interested and asking about my family members and what do I do for a living.
He finished with the faucet in like 30 minutes, billed me for an hour and told me he can't install the water filter because he doesn't have necessary parts and referred me to some third party company.
As I found out later all the parts that have been needed was a single 20 standard braided hose for a few bucks. He didn't have it nor he made any effort to swing by a hardware store and come back to finish the filter installation - no such option was given.
And the best part I discovered after he grabbed my check and left:
First, during the faucet installation he severely twisted both braided connection hoses which is strictly prohibited in the installation instructions (I doubt he even read it...)
And second, he failed to set up my new expensive faucet correctly and adjust the rotation limiter. So now I can pour water not only in my sink but also on my window if I want to!
Now I would rather go and buy some tools and redo all of this myself than deal with that non-professional service ever again.

I turn off the main water and stop the leak. I told the rep on phoneI wanted an appointment in morning as it was getting dark and was concerned about over time charges. She assured me no extra charges. I set up lighting and I cut off broken line and clean end. I had a shut off valve and was going to soldier in. The plumber arrived and took a few minutes filling out paper work. He installed my valve and a 6” pipe and elbow, I turn main on and check for leaks as He did more. paper work and. charged me over $319.Most of time was paperwork. Half hourAlmost $600 an hour.., rate ...I would call this igouging.SadAs a retired business owner and contractor I know what fair and being taken

This was my second call to Allen's Plumbing. The first was to unclog the shower and bathroom sink upstairs. The second was to unclog the bathroom sink downstairs. Both visits from the plumbers were friendly, professional and quick. All my questions were answered. I will highly recommend Allen's Plumbing!

Wow, very disappointed with Kaamaina Plumbing. I took the day off and plumber was scheduled for 8 to 10 am. He (Alan) never showed up. Office staff let phone RING off the hook, and I finally got through about 11. Very expensive estimate and very disorganized operation. Recommend looking elsewhere for plumbing support.
