No customer should need to pay half or anything upfront to proceed with a job. A business wouldint be in business if it wasnt for customers, you are earning every customers trust and business with every call you recieve daily. Be upfront and truthful. I highly recommend Three 60 Plumbing & Remodeling! I am an off-island client who needed a LOT of work done on an apartment to get it to the point where I could sell it. I reached out to a number of contractors for quotes and spent a lot of time with some going back and forth in text, emails, and calls. It was a big waste of time with all of them except for Three 60 Plumbing & Remodeling.

Three 60 was efficient, good communicators, and gave me lots of great advice. Their estimates were thorough, detailed, and easy to understand. I felt that I could trust them to do the job I needed without me being there. They worked with me to narrow down the essentials of what needed to be done to get the apartment sale-ready and synch it with what I could afford. Their work was beyond what I was expecting. From drywalling, to electrical, plumbing, painting and cleaning, the entire apartment their work was excellent. The only things new in the bathroom are the drywall, paint, toilet, mirror, light switch and light fixture, but the whole bathroom looks new and even the terribly stained shower tiles – which I was afraid would have to be replaced – looked like new after their in-depth cleaning and refinishing (see before and after bathroom photos.) I highly recommend Three 60 Plumbing and Remodeling.

Nate from Performance Plumbers removed my old stacked washer/dryer and did such a terrific job. It was in a very tight corner space but he took the old washer apart and was able to remove it. Then replaced the valves from the water hose. The resident manager also highly recommends them and have used their services many times. Thanks again to Nate, Shanay and Blaine.

Had an issue with my garbage disposal unit. Called and had a guy over same day within a few hours. (Could’ve been earlier but I had an appointment elsewhere) Excellent service. Highly recommend.

They came to our house to plumbing & turned off 1 of the outlets in our electric panel which had nothing to do with our plumbing. The electrician came today to reset the solar panel & luckily we didn't get charge. Also the plumber Nick who serviced our house had a terrible attitude. We clocked the plumbers at working 3 1/2 hrs, they charged us for 4 1/2. I would not recommend Waialae plumbing to anyone.

I highly recommend virtues Plumbing. They are so responsive, professional and diligent in their work. They even coordinated with my electrician to make sure my tankless water heater install went in smooth.

They dont repair pipes within the walls apparently..

Last year (2013) my wife and I went to Home Depot to have our two bathrooms remodeled. We signed contract in June and work could not start until building permits were obtained. Work began in September and lasted until January (we had to be home a total of 30 days for the work). This was due to: materials not being sent on time, materials had to be re-ordered because of damage in transit to our home and numerous scheduling conflicts. Contractors included Kitchen & Bath Remodeling, Commercial Plumbing, Clifford Okinaga, and EMK electrical. During this extended installation piles of materials were stacked on our front Lanai and one of our spare bedrooms. Workers did not use drop cloths and did not clean up after they finished work. To top it off, the upstairs shower leaked because the drain was broken during installation which required repair work that extended the installation time. To add insult to injury, someone from Home Depot is calling to say that we still owe them for the project even though have emailed to them that I have paid for every thing.

I will never step into a Home Depot again and my wife and I are telling our friends and relatives to never use Home Depot for their remodeling.
