Best Plumbing Supply in Honolulu HI

I called this company and consulted with them about getting a new tankless hot water heater. I told them I had a gas leak and needed this replaced as quickly as possible. I was delighted when Michael Wessel called me back and told me there was a tankless hot water heater in stock and that they could install it that day. Meghan, the office manager emailed me a quote, andKeone Foo was my installer. He was efficient and informative. I felt comfortable just letting him do the work and didn't feel the need to watch over him. He had my new tankless hot water heater installed in a short amount of time, took away the old tank and all of the rubbish. This is a full-service company, I will definitely use them again!

These guys were able to fix a problem that 2 other companies could not fix. They were friendly, professional and reasonably priced. I highly recommmend them.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff

Hawaii Plumbing Group has been contracted to replace all the plumbing in our high rise building. They just completed the stack where my unit is located. Project Manager, Peter and all the Hawaii Plumbing staff were very professional and considerate when they had to be in our unit. After all the work was completed, they came back thru and cleaned, patched and painted all areas that may have been bumped or nicked during the installation. They were especially considerate of our pet and made sure he was safe (since I had to be at work during the day). If you are considering replacing your plumbing, I highly recommend Hawaii Plumbing Group.

I would like to thank all of the plumbers listed: Troy, Philip, Atta Ohelo. Matt, Nate, Puni, and Randy. They all did a very good job and they cleaned up afterwards. So glad to have hot water again. My only complaint as that I wasn't notified when they were coming out to do the job. They showed up on Monday morning and caught me by surprise. Apparently the office forgot to notify me.

Pipe replacement and lining.

I had need of Rotor Rooter services on a Sunday morning. I called at 7AM and the job was complete by 11:15AM. Technician had one more stop before coming to my house. I found the entire process to be very professional, from first contact with them to seeing the technician to the gate. I also felt the price was fair, very fair.
